The MEP Designer is responsible for designing, coordinating, and preparing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems drawings and calculations to support construction projects in compliance with project specifications, local codes, and international standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare MEP design drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Develop concept design, detailed design, and shop drawings.
- Perform MEP calculations (load calculations, pipe sizing, cable sizing, lighting levels, etc.).
- Coordinate MEP systems with architectural, structural, and civil teams.
- Participate in coordination meetings and resolve clashes (BIM / coordination drawings).
- Update drawings based on site conditions and consultant/client comments.

- Finding and sourcing the supplier and subcontractor to meet Company’s requirement
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
- Ensure materials meet construction specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Leading Schedule and coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
- Weekly and monthly report of work result to direct supervisor
