Project Manager (1 Position)
As a Project Manager, you are reporting to Country Manager.
Location: PNP
- Education and training: development of educational material for patients, community health workers and HCPs followed by trainings
- Awareness: availing of material to focus groups trough digital and community work
- Diabetes screenings integrated in existing projects of NGOs and MoH
- Access Pricing with dedicated channel
- Patient Activation and support through enrolment into patient support program, community workers and digital solutions
- NN in Cambodia ambitions to build an ecosystem with partners and local government, that cover the different components of this solution to ensure sustainability in the long run.
- Take a leading role in coordinating and executing the Affordability Agenda together with the Public Affairs Director of BASEA & APAC, Commercial Affairs and Strategy and KLM Country Manager, offering affordable insulin to vulnerable patients in Cambodia.
- Be responsible for creating a long-term Affordability tactical plan that is aligned with the APAC focus areas and ensure cross functional engagement with BASEA/APAC/IO/HQ colleagues.
- Support to expand patient access through supply chain improvements and heat stable insulins in Cambodia
- Be responsible for developing a governance structure, setting up a reporting system and working with the local team to drive commercial focus of the Affordability Strategy investments Agenda
- Be responsible for strengthening, developing, and influencing the Affordability agenda across the country, while enhancing and protecting the reputation of the Company with relevant stakeholders.
- Strengthen country capacity to treat diabetes
- Plan and implement Novo Nordisk project activities according to timelines and deliver results as per the objectives set
- Ensure close cooperation with the key stakeholders and local partners in order to realise the project deliverables
- Participation in the strategy and decision-making process in the project’ s strategy and sustainability planning process
- Produce periodical reports on the progress and results of project’s activities and present them to the key stakeholders
- Compliance with Novo Nordisk principles and internal legal laws and to defend company interests. Nevertheless as a requirement of the business ethics; to defend the confidentiality of company’s as well as the patients’ information, business plans, ideas and strategies against third parties.
- Reporting any Safety related information and Customer Complaints to Quality department.
- Act in line with ethical standards, Quality requirements and Local policies and Novo Nordisk Way.
- Receiving, monitoring and reporting customer complaints (with in 24hrs) to local Novo Nordisk Quality responsible person
- Monitoring and reporting competitor’s activities in relation to Novo Nordisk products in the market.
- Keeping a vigil and reporting the new regulations, external regulatory requirements from the local authorities in relation to Novo Nordisk business operations and product Safety.
- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in medical related course, medicine, nursing, pharmacy and nutrition
- EXPERIENCE
- Often with 3-4 years relevant experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry –Medical and project management knowledge.
