The Project Management Coordinator (PMC) is responsible for implementing monitoring and coordination of assigned projects. He / she works with others including local NGO partners, community based organization (CBOs) and sub-national government partners and national government partners to ensure the quality of project delivery and partner management, and alignment with Plan International’s strategies, global approaches, policies, priority and procedures.

Child Sponsorship is Plan International's main source of country support and income for delivering programs. Working in 3-4 communes with a team of Community Volunteers, the Sponsorship Officer supports the production of sponsorship products for 1,300 - 1,600 sponsors and sponsored children, Plan International’s global commitments are to ensure that sponsors receive timely and high-quality communications and that Sponsored Children (SCs), their families and their communities benefit from Plan International's program work.
