Programme Manager

Programme Manager (PM) - Development and Humanitarian Cooperation (DHC) programme (one position) based in Phnom Penh.
Role Overview. The programme is implemented through partnerships with local civil society to support and promote just resource distribution, democracy, human rights and development.
NPA is looking for a proactive and engaged manager and leader. You are motivated to lead and further develop a professional and knowledgeable team that can support current partnership as well as assess new ones. You are confident to lead the planning, implementation, and reporting of programme and finance as well as a monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) approach.
You will be a key member of the country Senior Management Team and with your team and in cooperation with the Country Director you will further develop NPA to have a relevant role in support to the civil society in Cambodia.

- Education:
- Relevant university degree
- Good presentation and communication skills
- English language proficiency, both written and verbal
- Good computer skills
- Experience:
- Strong knowledge of democratisation, rights, social and political context in Cambodia.
- Experience and high interest in civil society engagement and partnership approach (participatory approaches, supporting organisational development, promoting dialogue, applying results-based management tools).
- Experience in managing co-operation and partnership with civil society and NGOs working in advocacy area.
- Experience and demonstrated success at management level in an international or national NGO.
- Experience in fundraising and donor relations.
- Experience with monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) approach.
