DVV International provides worldwide support for the establishment and development of sustainable structures for Youth and Adult Education. DVV International’s project region Southeast Asia is composed of a regional office in Vientiane, Lao PDR and a country office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Position Summary

This position is for Cambodian nationals only.

What we offer

  • Contract until the end of 2026 (approval of the next project phase expected); starting date of the contract should be in the course of January or beginning of February 2024

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Independent implementation of project activities in the field of non-formal education, including planning, budgeting and reporting
  • Monitoring, coaching and consultancy for partners
  • Facilitation of trainings and workshops
  • Regular exchange with partners
  • Working closely with the finance team to review and update financial monitoring
  • Report to the country director of DVV International in Cambodia on regular basic.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree in social development/ social of science, or relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as program manager(essential)
  • Work experience with government organizations and/or NGOs , preferably in the field of (non-formal) education and development
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and willingness to up-skill as required by the tasks
  • Understanding of the budgeting.
  • Good command of the English language
