Programme Learning and Knowledge Intern
Who are you?
You are a motivated senior student or recent graduate with strong writing and analytical skills, and a genuine interest in education, equity, and evidence-based development. You enjoy working with information—organising, analysing, and communicating it in ways that are clear, accessible, and meaningful.
You are detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. You value clarity, reflection, and learning, and are excited to contribute to documenting what works in education programmes through research, writing, and knowledge sharing.
What we’re offering:

- Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the drafting of short learning briefs, good practice notes, or thematic write-ups based on programme data and field experiences
- Assisting in the documentation of internal reflections, workshops, or review sessions Organising and synthesising relevant reference materials, field notes, or reports for internal use
- Supporting knowledge management processes by maintaining shared folders, tagging documents, and contributing to internal learning platforms or resource libraries
- Providing additional support to programme implementation activities as needed, in coordination with the supervisor
- Participating in team meetings and learning sessions to observe and document insights for internal sharing
- Your expertise and experience
- Background in education, development studies, research, social sciences, or a related field
- Strong writing and synthesis skills, with an ability to translate technical or field-based insights into accessible content
- Familiarity with basic research methods, literature review, or qualitative data (e.g. interviews, case studies, surveys)
- Comfortable working with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Google Workspace and data tools (e.g. KoboToolbox, simple analytics, citation tools)
- Professional proficiency in Khmer and English
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and interest in documenting good practices and programme learning
Communications and Advocacy Intern
Who are you?
You are a motivated senior student or recent graduate with a strong interest in communications, storytelling, or advocacy in the context of education and development. You are creative, detail-oriented, and able to adapt messages for different audiences. You’re comfortable working with words, images, and basic design tools, and you enjoy transforming ideas into content that is clear, engaging, and meaningful.
You are proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback. You bring strong written and verbal communication skills in both Khmer and English, and you are eager to learn how communications can support positive social change.

- The chance to shape your experience through additional tasks aligned with your interests—such as social media content creation, digital storytelling, or visual design
- Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and editing content for social media, newsletters, and internal updates
- Supporting the documentation of events, including taking or selecting photos, collecting quotes, and preparing short summaries or success stories
- Assisting in the layout, translation, or proofreading of communication materials (Khmer/English)
- Organizing and maintaining the photo archive and VVOB-branded templates
- Supporting visibility efforts during workshops and field visits (e.g. photography, basic content capture)
- Contributing to the preparation of promotional or knowledge products (e.g. quote cards, infographics, presentation materials)
- Participating in team meetings, planning sessions, and learning activities when relevant
- Your expertise and experience
- Background in communications, journalism, media, development studies, or a related field
- Strong interest in equity, learning, and system change
- Experience or familiarity with content creation (e.g. writing, photography, short video, basic design)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with Canva or similar visual platforms is an advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly in both Khmer and English, in writing and verbally Familiarity with social media platforms and/or content scheduling tools is a plus
