TEAM PURPOSE:

Inclusive Green Economy Finance Program empowers small scale producers (SSP), vulnerable women and men in Agriculture/Aquaculture by increasing their access to markets and public services. The Inclusive Green

Economy program works to improve resilience while reducing environmental impact in Cambodia in line with the updated Nationally Determined Contribution by the Royal Government of Cambodia. Under the program there are several projects that support the purpose. These projects are CAPFISH/Foster, GRAISEA 2, I-SME, Fair Finance Cambodia (FFC).

Program Support Officer

Position Summary

LOCATION: Cambodia

CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed Term 1 Year

INTERNAL JOB GRADE: E1

DEPARTMENT and TEAM: Inclusive Green Economy and Finance Program

HOURS (FTE): 37.5

ROLE REPORTS TO: IGEF – Program Manager

Role Purpose

The position will be responsible for administrative coordination support to the program portfolio and also some support to the National Director.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • He/ She will complete the following tasks:
  • Prepare, paperwork for approvals, contracts, OPA, letters of transfer, reminders and [standard] letters of rejection), etc. for smooth and effective program implementation.
  • Arrange the processes, registration and filing of the documentation and correspondence of the (core) processes, in line with applicable procedures.
  • Provide Logistical Support during events, workshops, field visits etc.
  • Support in preparation for internal and external audits, when applicable
  • Support in preparation and undertaking of administrative procurement processes (Goods and Services)
  • Support in preparation and undertaking of administrative recruitment processes and ensure appropriate filing in line with applicable procedures in Oxfam in Cambodia
  • Support relevant project meetings. If needed, record action points and/or write the minutes, and monitor their follow-up.
  • Support the preparation of the grant administration process with the project management team
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Essential
  • Experience in a comparable position within an international NGO.
  • Ability to communicate well in English (read/write/speak/listen)
  • 3 years of experience in administrative/logistic management, preferably in international organizations.
  • Excellent computer skills such as windows; Internet; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Office; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Publisher; Microsoft Word; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Visual and Presentations.
  • Desirable
  • Skills & experience in planning & strategizing operations-related matters
  • Team player, who works well in a multi-cultural environment, communicates readily & shares learning with colleagues, partners, beneficiaries & officials.
  • Flexibility, ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent organization, coordination, and communication skills
  • Experience in assisting the organization of events and workshops
