Program Coordinator
Position Circumstances

Term: Rolling 12-month contract with a probationary period of 3 months. The contract will be extendable based on satisfactory performance preceding the contract assessment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Program Delivery & Execution
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of joint programs, ensuring seamless execution and alignment of all tasks with the established program roadmap.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential obstacles to implementation, taking necessary corrective action to maintain timely program delivery.
- Manage and organize all related physical activities, including workshops and events, in support of the program.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as the main liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication of objectives and outcomes to both leadership teams by facilitating regular progress meetings.
- Administration & Governance
- Manage all project documentation, including maintaining status reports and detailed meeting minutes.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure full financial compliance with the standards of both involved entities.
- Develop and submit semester and annual performance reports to the Joint Oversight Committee.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in or master's degree in business administration, economics, entrepreneurship, innovation, or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Proven work experience or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail, basic analytical and critical thinking, and research skills.
- Effective time management and task prioritization abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with entrepreneurship, business, and investment concepts is advantageous.
