Program Coordinator
Purpose of the position
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the successful delivery of these complex programs. She/he is working closely with the CFSWF’s members to leverage the achievement of the program.
- Program development and strategic focus:
- Leading in program development and takes initiative to design and implement new strategic projects. Identifies possible synergies between partners and facilitates join program/action.
- Represents CFSWF in thematic meetings at national or regional level.
- Content development by analyst and socialize key information related to the Program and identify key issues relevant for evidence-based advocacy strategies.
- Strategies in capacity development on sector related to social protection, labour, genders, and economic in Cambodia which related to vulnerable groups.
- Program Implementation and Management:
- Coordination and implementation of the CFSWF strategy plan and annual plan with result-based management.
- Strategic representation of these programs and engage with multiple key stakeholders at national level including policy maker, governments, and donor etc.
- Identification of new opportunities for exposure, alliance building, influencing
- Ensure program quality including result-based planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning and reporting
- Advocacy and Influencing – Network, Alliances
- Lead in linking to relevant CFSWF programs and to contributing to CFSWF’s strategy plan to work with target group and relevance stakeholder.
- Leading and provide advice and strategic support the CFSWF teams and local members in advocacy planning and implementation where required.
- Leading in facilitate support networking and alliance building in view of participation in, or support to the program’s advocacy.
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree on program management, law, socialist, or related to job requirement (or equivalent work experience) with a minimum of four years relevant experience working in area, worker rights, Social Protection, Economic right, and gender issue.
- Solid experience delivering complex programs (donor-funded, multiple stakeholders), ensuring high standards and quality results.
- In-depth understanding of national regulation related to labour right, genders, economic and Social Protection.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work with minimum support.
- Excellent team player with well-honed inter-personal skills and able to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strategic, politic social economic leadership level with high profile personality to work with those target personalities.
- Well written & spoken English and well-developed communication skills.
- Able and willing to travel regularly, and for long periods.

- Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, as well as the commitment to equal opportunities.
- Good facilitation with union members, partners, and calming dealing with issues.
- Ability to demonstrate an openness and willingness to learn about the application of gender/gender mainstreaming, women’s rights- feminist, and diversity for all aspects of development work.
