Seva is a global non-profit eye care organization that works with local communities around the world to develop self-sustaining programs that preserve and restore sight. Seva has been working in Cambodia since 1999 in partnership with Government of Cambodia.

Seva Cambodia is looking for an experienced and committed Program Associate Contract Staff who can support the Seva Cambodia staff in their day-to-day work, ensuring quality data reports that highlight the impact of Seva Cambodia’s work across 15 partners.

Program Associate

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • The Program Associate will be expected to:
  • Get daily data from Community Field Workers (CFWs) and provide report on daily basis by email, prepare the data reports from the 10 CFWs, 5 eye units, 2 NGO partners, and 7 Vision Centers (VCs).
  • Collect the monthly and quarterly data reports, training report produced in Seva’s M&E, GSI, training dashboard format and update the data and information in the monthly reports format to 4 Provincial Department of Health.
  • Update inventory report on a monthly basis, ensure CFWs manage the patient transportation, collect and review receipts from CFWs to make sure information is accurate and provide to the Admin Finance Officer. Review the subsidy payment report from the partners.
  • Complete inventory record of equipment, instruments, medicines, and supplies receive and deliver to partners. Prepare required materials for outreach screening activities for CFWs, arrange travel logistics for staff and visitors.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Cambodian Citizen with age 25-45 years old.
  • Graduate in Management/any related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a professional work environment with demonstrated administrative responsibilities.
  • Ability to type and use 10-key. Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word
  • Effective written and spoken communication skills in English as required to perform specific job duties.
