Job summary:
Product & Sales manager is responsible for maintaining a wide range of products, including escorted tours, walking tours, independent packages for FIT and Small group. Responsible for assisting with the design and creation of new packages and enhancing existing itineraries. Additionally, play a vital role in the on-going maintenance of existing products, ensuring the achievement of key deadlines, and maintaining the accuracy of products to operations.
- Manage products within assigned destination(s), ensuring compliance with brand standards, key deadlines are achieved and maintaining continuous quality control
- Collaborate with the operations department, cost controller and regional representative, and managing director to propose new product ideas
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to negotiate favorable terms and pricing for tour packages and services
- Assist with developing new products and proactively suggest ways to enhance existing itineraries
- Ensure products are renewed in accordance with the product planning guidelines and set deadlines
- Handle product changes promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with the change process
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends in the travel industry and competitive landscape
- Ensure accurate information and update
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other distribution channels to expand our reach and increase sales
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve our products and sales strategies.

- Any degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an asset
- Proven experience in product management, sales, or marketing within the travel industry 3-5 years at least – preferable!
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities
- Knowledge of travel trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
Costs Controller (1 Position)
- Monitor and analyze the company's financial performance, comparing actual results to budget and forecasted figures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize operational expenses.
- Develop and maintain cost control procedures and guidelines to ensure adherence to budgetary targets.
- Collaborate with department heads to review and analyze their respective budgets and expenses.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on cost control performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits of financial processes and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Work closely with the finance team to provide accurate and timely financial information for decision-making purposes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, with experience at least 2-3 years
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
