Position Summary

Direct Report: Promotion Supervisor

Location: EWCB-Field Based Provinces

THE ROLE

In this job you work in several provinces. In the assigned area you monitor and coordinate sales and distribution of seeds, you give technical support to selected seed shops, sales strategy and promotional activities. You work in close cooperation with our distributor(s)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Bridging activities - set up own promotion field and sharing products knowledge of New and Drive products:
  • Set up promotion fields and explain products in order to persuade customers to purchase the products
  • Promote products by organizing events regularly to attract customers ( Field day, Pre-Season Meeting)
  • Provide product samples and brochures to persuade people to be aware of our new products
  • Prepare status reports including activities, closing and follow up
  • Able to coordinate with input dealer, collector and relevant partner
  • Support demonstration farmers to share their knowledge and experience with other farmers by doing a short VDO
  • Assist on set up PDS-2
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • A Degree in Agronomy or a relevant field
  • At least 2 years experience in agriculture or relevant field
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate in English or other languages
  • ​ Be able to use Ms Word and Excel or/and Google drive
  • Be good at problems solving and negotiating
  • Be friendly and honest
  • ​ Having motorbike driving license
  • ​ Able to coordinate with input dealer, collector and relevant partner
  • Able to travel to provinces, long hours on the roads
  • ​ Able to jump out and help other workers if and when they need help
  • Good team players.
