Product, Contract & Systems Coordinator is based in the Phnom Penh office.

Job Responsibilities:

The main role will be the ensuring the entry, integrity and data management of our internal K360 operating system. They will also be responsible for creating rates and tariffs for our key partners. Working closely with the General Manager, the Product, Contract and Systems Coordinator will update and load itineraries and new products into our systems. The role holder will also be responsible for managing the timely renewal and negotiations of contracts with suppliers.


  • Contracting, negotiate rate, group/series rates, and value added or special benefit for VIP agents/clients
  • Search new suppliers, arrange inspections, analyse and selecting quality/green suppliers
  • Search competing rate of suppliers and report to the General Manager
  • Report to General Manager for top suppliers booked and supplier released
  • Assist to source and analyse (new) suitable products (sustainable, community-based activities, innovative “value-added” etc.)
  • Co-ordinate the pricing policy and margins with the General Manager
  • Create/ Quote/ Update all products, excursions, module program and tariff rate, and set-itineraries(brochures)
  • Product, inspire/idea/advice/recommend/suggest to sales/overseas partner, overseas agents
  • Propose new ideas to improve sales and profitability
  • Communicate with sales department, operations, and accountants
  • System, database, input, accurate and up to date including information, descriptions, net and selling rates; cross check and discussion/communicate with IT
  • Train new staff/ internship about products ,system, and sustainability
  • Proactive in daily work
  • Assist other departments where necessary
  • To embrace the IT backbone of the company, Google+ and Drive, cross check sever data, and Itinerary builder (Khiri 360), Basecamp and other company systems.
