Expectations - - Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on project needs.

- Negotiate contracts, focusing on favorable terms for price, delivery, and payment.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of goods and services.
- Manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets, ensuring spending stays within limits.
- Keep accurate records for audits and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet procurement needs.
- Provide regular updates to management and serve as the point of contact for procurement-related inquiries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Experience in supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Jira).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
Administrative Officer
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth and functional workspace.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders to share information and address inquiries.
- Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, transportation, insurance, and catering for staff missions or events.
- Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Greet guests, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Optimize office layout, manage staff workstation, co-working space, meeting room bookings, and handle space allocations to accommodate different work needs.
- Conduct office tours and provide orientation for new employees.
- Implement and maintain office security protocols, including monitoring access control, and enforcing safety regulations.
- Oversee and manage office inventory, ensuring supplies like stationery and printing paper are always stocked.
- Help develop and manage the administrative budget, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and or related field
- At least 1 year of proven experience related to the position
- Good understanding in Ms Office & Google Workspace
- Good organizational skills, detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Good command of Khmer and English languages

Administrative Intern

Expectations - - Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Help manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Assist in the setup of events, meetings and conferences, including preparing materials and setting up rooms.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients as needed.
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor degree.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in program management or a related field is preferred.

Program Intern
Term: Rolling 12 months contract with a probationary period of 3 months. The contract will be extendable based on satisfactory performance preceding the contract assessment.
- Assist in coordinating program activities and events.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for various programs.

- Respond to inquiries and provide information about programs.
- Support social media and marketing efforts to promote programs.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence.
