Planning Associate
Summary: Planning Associate is to maintain optimum stock levels and ensure raw materials, tools, manpower and equipment are available during production.
- Assist Production Planner to identify and implement of operational improvements and business
- Do Ad-hoc analysis that helps drive business to understand the interaction of systems and the impact to financial reporting
- Running reports in SAP and exporting into Excel for recording
- Tracking on raw materials delivery
- Ensure logistic team and/or supplier follows process and documentation required for International shipments
- Tracking & timely movement of inventory (finished goods, components)
- Executes production schedule
- Review inventory levels to decrease backorders against customer orders
- Review manufacturing orders to ensure proper and timely keying
- Develop optimized short and long-term production plans to support system inventory targets
- Monitor pending materials report to identify issues and works with procurement to resolve issues on delaying of material delivery
- Maintain budget control accurately and flow of media activity, proactively, and consistently update to client contact(s) through periodic analyses and projection reports
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with production planning or similar
- Strong inventory management
- Strong communication skills
- Good planning on material order & shortage
- Self-motivated, able to work independently & in a team
- Good analytical skills
- Career and Self Development Skill
- Good in writing and speaking English
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite application
- SAP and/or other system is a plus
