Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Location: Chhouk Sar Clinic in Phnom Penh
Pharmacist is responsible for the day-to-day management in Chhouk Sar clinic. She will assist medical supervision, Doctor, PHD and HIV/AIDS programs (NCHADS), and other partners where necessary, to implement activities.
- Fill routinely and properly patient record file, registration book and produce monthly report, and quarterly report with team on service activities.
- Conduct regular drug stock control (stock in and stock out) Conduct blood collection and draw
- Work in coordination with Chhouk Sar’s Team and all institution partners.
- Participate into the particular related-medical training, case study and in collaboration with medical supervision.
- Add any task as requirement of management team.

- Mid-wife/Nurse/Pharmacy
- Familiar with M.S Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Be able conduct blood collection and draw
- Minimum 6 months of demonstrated/progressive experience in the area of OI/ART, STI/FP and VCCT case management, or received national OI/ART, STI/FP and VCCT case management training.
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and understanding of the social, political and ethical issues surrounding HIV, OI/ART, STI/FP and VCCT co-infection patient.
- Good in oral and written Khmer and English.
