Key Roles:
Reporting directly to the Director, the Executive Personal Assistant is responsible for the seamless coordination of executive tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the effective management of projects. The role demands a proactive approach, with the Assistant serving as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders and providing comprehensive administrative support.
Working conditions:
- Working Days: Monday-Friday, and Saturday (half day)
- Working Hours: 8AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch break: 2 Hours)

- Provide top-level administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
- Manage corporate secretarial tasks, including legal and compliance documentation.
- Record and manage meeting agendas and minutes with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate and schedule organization-wide and executive meetings.
- Support the Director in strategic task management and ensure diligent execution of followups.
- Follow up on action points assigned by the Director to employees and report on the progress
- Develop and maintain a structured filing system for document management.
- Ensure flow of necessary information in a timely and accurate manner
- Arrange detailed travel itineraries, including accommodations and transportation.
- Conduct thorough research and provide analytical support for various projects.
- Foster effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and visitors to support project
- goals.
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to drive departmental efficiency.
- Other tasks assigned by Director.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or any relevant field of interest. Candidates with a proven track record of overcoming adversity are encouraged to apply regardless of qualifications.

- Male/ Female with minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in Personal Assistant, administration or related field
- Fluency in English and Khmer, both written and verbal
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees within the company
- Attention to detail, engagement with attitude to support the team and willing to do more
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a matrixed and multicultural setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a personal assistant role, preferably supporting Clevel executives or senior managers. Experience in a startup or sustainability-focused organization is highly desirable.
