The role is based in the People Partnering Team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia & roll up to the People Partnering Hub in India.

You will join the People Advisory team early on as we prepare to go live with the new HR service delivery model, processes and technology. In this time, you will be spending your time on implementation related activities such as administrative support, technology and process testing, language translation verification, creating local SOP’s, training logistics, etc. Once the People Hub is fully operational, your role as a People Advisor will be to solve the HR-related queries of our employees and managers and make sure their interaction with HR results in a great experience.
- For this you will:
- Own to resolution people’s inquiries about HR policies and procedures, like compensation, benefits, performance management, leave, payroll and HR applications, and other matters related to the employee lifecycle.
- Respond to our employees and managers through a variety of channels (HR case management, phone, email, live chat).
- Guide employees and managers in using self-service in Workday and other HR systems, to facilitate technology adoption.
- Promote the usage of the employee HR Portal by providing guidance on HR knowledge content, such as global & local HR policies, How-To, etc.
- Manage HR data quality and perform transactions in Workday and other HR applications.
- Work together with People Partners and functional specialists to solve complex queries.
- Prepare and handle HR documentation.
- Coordinate and administer onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support improvement activities to simplify and standardize the HR processes.
- Deliver on high employee satisfaction, accuracy and timeliness.

- As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
- 3+ Years of experience in an HR role, delivering services, preferably HR and from a shared service center environment.
- Passion for delivering great employee experience.
- Fluent in English and/or Mandarin.
- Knowledge of local labour law would be beneficial.
- Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday, would be an asset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to manage conflict, and attention to detail.
- Drive to identify needs, investigate options, seek solutions and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve issues.
- Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be an engaged member of a virtual team.
- Closure orientation and low tolerance for delays and deviations.
- A degree in Human Resources or similar and knowledge of HR concepts are a strong plus.

- We are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree holder or above.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Sales or Commercial, preferably with 5 years’ in a senior leadership position, managing a team of 3 or more.
- Senior expertise on logistic products (ocean, contract logistic, warehouse & distribution)
- Knowledge of Cambodia’s economy dynamics, the local and international market landscape as well as industry trends.
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a proven track record in Sales and leadership.
- Master negotiator; strong networking skills.
- An inspirational leader with excellent coaching and people skills.
- Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Chinese language (Intermediate proficiency in spoken, written and reading) is a highly preferable skill to have for this role.

- Key responsibilities
- Handling sourcing activities for Inland categories (trucking, barging, domestic ocean feeder, depot…), CHB and VAS.

- We are looking for
- Candidates in Bachelor Degree or higher. Graduation fields of Economics; Business management is preferred.
- The candidate possesses strong analytical skills and has experience developing procurement strategies and able to handle larger negotiations.
- Experience doing procurement in or project management in inland transportation and Customs house broker is a strong advantage.
- 2 -5 years’ experience in procurement in a leading company or lesser experience in managing similar spend area
- Strong contract skills to maximize the outcome of contracts and negotiations.
- Logistics industry experience which performs understanding in market intelligence (price, vendors, customs process...) is an advantage.
- Possessing advanced procurement toolbox (RFx, eAuction, TCO models) is an advantage.
- Negotiation, cost & material analysis, creative & logistical thinking, problem solving, report writing.
- Good English communication skill is a must.
- Good command of MS Word, Excel, Power point and Vison.
