Probationary Period: Three (3) Months
Full-time Pediatric Doctor – is a full-time clinical physician who will work at Pediatric and Neonatology Department, providing clinical services for children below 16 years old. Full-time Pediatric Doctor works closely with the Head of Department and Directors of Medical Services to ensure that the right treatments and high-quality medical care services are provided promptly and appropriately.
- Medical Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide general consultations
- Provide vaccination consultations
- Provide emergency consultations
- Attend neonatal resuscitation during delivery
- Round visit for IPD cases
- Contributes to development, implementation, and monitoring of Orchid’s business performance,
- Implement medical policies to support Orchid’s high quality service provision, and to be in compliance with infection control policies.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Attend clinical meetings
- Prepare medical documentations and conduct clinical training
- Contribute to SOP preparation
- Attend offsite events as delegated
- Provide marketing/communication support relating to all medical provision services including FB contents, radio talk show, new health magazine Attend clinical and administrative trainings as delegated

- Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) specialized in pediatric and neonatal care.
- Experienced in developing and implementing medical clinical procedures and policy
- At least 3 years of clinical pediatrics/neonatal care experience
- Current, active, professional licensure to practice in the Kingdom of Cambodia
- Skills and Experience:
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple assignments and prioritize workload, manage day-to-day unit activities,

Radiologist Specialist Doctor

Radiologists are mainly responsible for manipulating radiology equipment such as X-ray, ultrasound, bone densitometry and CT- Scan.
- Perform ultrasound.
- Provide diagnosis via X-ray, CT-scan, ultrasound and other radiology procedures.
- Supervise and evaluate clinical performances of radiologists and radiology technicians.
- Prepare schedule of radiologists.
- Develop plans and strategies for department operations.
- Attend meetings as assigned.
- Represent ORCHID in public events as delegated.

Midwife and Nurse Team Lead (MNTL) involves in leading the midwife and nurse team to provide comprehensive special care services to our customers from planning pregnancy to postnatal care. This role plays a crucial part in leading the team to ensure that the need of patients is placed at the center of care. It is essential that MNTL to be present in complicated clinical situations or when requested.
