Pedagogy Manager

Position Summary

S/he will responsible to manage the pedagogy & soft skills development for all schools (General education, PSEI, School of Languages, Classes Specializes) including the management of the curriculum, the teacher assessment, training.

Developing training contents, drive schools towards new and innovative methodologies.

The job is a transversal activity in support to Schools.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage the Curriculum:
  • Identify the needs of the curriculum development/ adaptation needs through interviews with students, teachers and principals, etc.
  • Plan curriculum development for all of the schools - except for technical schools that manage their curriculum by themselves
  • Organize the curriculum development: learning outcomes, study programs, handbook, lesson contents, teaching materials, etc.
  • Manage the training “how to use these curriculums” provided to school
  • Manage the monitoring of the implementation of these curriculum in schools
  • Manage the evaluation and the re-adjustment of the curriculum if necessary
  • Manage the teachers training:
  • Identify the teacher training needs through analysis of their jobs, career paths, annual assessments, class observation, interviews, etc.
  • Manage the annual training plan for teachers in collaboration with the Human Resource Department
  • Design training contents
  • Ensure that the contents of training are relevant and applicable and provide teachers with tools that their pedagogic and soft skills subject skills
  • Manage the evaluation of the training processes and monitor their impact
  • Manage the assessment tools developed for student and teacher
  • Manage the placement test and the assessment tools for student
  • Manage the pedagogic recruitment test for teacher and the teacher evaluation procedure in cooperation with the schools
  • Manage the technical support provided to school:
  • Manage the technical support provided to school: teacher performance appraisal, pedagogy meetings, class observation, class demonstration, student assessment, supplementary course, etc.
  • Provide the recommendations and appropriate solutions to school if need
  • Do other tasks assign by manager
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Master’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Teacher Training Development or similar field of study 
  • 4-7 years’ experience in pedagogy development
  • Management and leadership, planning, monitoring and evaluation
  • Microsoft office, email, Internet 
  • Good or better English. French is an advantage

Educator

Position Summary

Educator (Accommodation)

Starting date: 03/2024

Job description: S/he will be responsible of the higiene, security, and environment, and discipline of a group of kids in an accommodation program.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Team work and communication
  • Participate in the meeting as required
  • Use all the communication tools set up to exchange information with all the team.
  • Responsible to set up and update personalized folder for each kids under his/her responsibility.
  • To be in charge of the program service during manager’s absences/delegation
  • Responsible to follow up case with social officers as notified by line manager . 
  • Daily follow up and daily care
  • Responsible of the daily routine of his own group (schooling, hygiene, clothing)
  • Make sure that the rules are respected, check attendance every night and report to the manager
  • Responsible to organize group meeting once a week in order to listen, find out what concern, solve problems and gives them information.
  • To be attentive to the kids, supports and encourages them. S/he accompanies them when they are depressed, sad…especially at night
  • To be in charge of solving discipline problems
  • Responsible to follow up medical prescriptions in collaboration with the educator assistant.
  • Responsible to organize meeting regularly with teachers to check on schools results and behaviour in class.
  • Responsible to encourages every kid to enlist in sports and social life.

French Teacher

S/he will responsible to teach students (GE / PSE-I) with General French Program (FLE) by providing the high quality of French teaching and implement any relevant curricular for students, and to support a designated curriculum of all French programs in PSE; maintain all documents to monitor and support the overall progress and development of students;be assigned to share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.

  • Missions :
  • Teach students with General French Program (FLE) by providing the high quality of French teaching and implement any relevant curricular for students, and to support a designated curriculum of all French programs of PSE:
  • Teach consistently high quality lessons in line with the designated school curriculum by using a variety of pedagogical techniques of student centered approach and assessment methods, and give feedback to students– assignments, quizzes, tests;
  • Evaluate and monitor student progress, plan and deliver schemes of work and lessons that meet the requirements record/report for teaching/class administration;
  • Be a role model for students, inspiring them to be actively interested in the major field by ensuring a high quality learning environment;

Position Summary

This Position will be responsible for teaching general English program (GEP) and ensuring high quality of teaching and learning for students for CR-PSE, EE Supplementary Class and EE target schools

Position Summary

S/he will responsible to manage key functions of Dental management, they include:

  • Treatment dental management care
  • Prevention educated oral hygiene to external students

  • Technical meeting.

Also, s/he will ensure children and their family members receive benefits and treatments care from this program in accordance to PSE policies and procedures.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Treatment dental managements care:
  • Provide daily dental treatment care at least 17-20 children’s, families, family’s member per day in dental central like: (Sealant, extraction, filling, Endo treatment, Minor Surgeries and scaling)
  • Consult and treat all month and teeth problems of the children and their families
  • Have planned to treat normally and urgently
  • Control the dental medication, dental materials and dental instruments with manager
  • Keep all the documents relates to the children with dental problem
  • Report work and problems every day for manager
  • Organize and coordinate with students and their families relate to dental disease
  • Prevention educated oral hygiene to external students
  • Be responsible about oral hygiene and tell the children how to brush their teeth and clean their month in direct way.
  • Educate children about their dental care and follow up their activities
  • Provide toothpaste and toothbrush to internal children three-month daily
