Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To develop and manage the academic program to ensure the quality excellences of schools’ academic programs;
  • To implement school’s operations to ensure productions efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources including (Customer Service, HR, Admin, Marketing, and Budgeting).
  • To design and manage the new curriculum and materials which aims at meeting the demand of all stakeholders with competitively educational quality;
  • To review the existing programs to know how they are implemented and evaluate the academic leadership and management in a purpose of ensuring the learning and teaching outputs;
  • To monitor, evaluate and improve school curriculum, materials and teaching procedures, guidelines to be effectively implementation.
  • To manage, formulate, direct and coordinate teacher training to improve and strengthen teaching quality;
  • To manage, formulate, direct and coordinate student learning to improve and strengthen learning quality;
  • To establish and manage the academic policies, procedures and strategies to supplement the unclearly regulated mechanism;
  • To manage academic professional development trainings and capacity building programs and deliver to the target groups;
  • To initiate classroom action research activities and guidelines to help enforce new concepts of teaching and learning;
  • To provide technical assistance in terms of coaching, scaffolding, consulting, directing to academic team;

Requirements:
  • Master of Education in Early Childhood or Preschool Program;
  • Minimum of 04 year experiences in preschool academic programs;
  • Good knowledge of teaching and learning assessment;
  • Working knowledge of preschool curriculum development and teacher training methodology;
  • Good English proficiency, proven by at least TOEFL of over 500;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
  • Demonstration of good leadership/ teamwork spirits;

Training Center Officer

Position Summary

The Training Center Officer shall develop, manage and implement the training program for NTC Training Center’s customers and its members/subsidiaries/campus.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To develop the training courses, materials, and schedules for in house and customize training to run the training program to meet customers’ needs;
  • To evaluate and improve the training program to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency;
  • To identify, develop and implement training program for both in house training or customized to meet our customers’ needs;
  • To support the internal training of NTC Group with training procedures and guidelines, training calendar and materials more effectively;
  • To contact potential partners, clients and network relation to discover opportunities to run the training program;
  • To do the public relation with customers, partners to promote value added service to the public;
  • To develop and deliver training program NTC Training Center’s customers for both in house and customized to meet their needs;
  • To supervise day to day operations of training program and revenue and expenditure to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of operations;
  • To formulate, direct and coordinate training activities and policies to promote the training program;
  • To run market research, client analysis, feasibility, and competitor analyst to expend NTC Training Center’s training program as market demand;
  • To perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • BA Degree in Educational Management or related fields
  • At least 3 year experiences in training program management (in education institutions is a plus)
  • Experience in T &D policy development and execution, and training curriculum design;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Working knowledge of training methodology, adult learning approaches, and participatory learning approaches;
  • Good command in English of both spoken and written;
  • Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
