To oversee the day-to-day management of school operations within the Primary School campus.
- Customer Management
- Manage new and existing customer enquiries (phone, email, social media, telegram, in person). Provide school tour for new customers. Manage new student enrolments.
- Student Administration
- Organise student folders, registration forms, incident forms, meeting notes.
- Education Support
- Respond to teacher requests and support them in their role. Understand and be able to communicate the curriculum offered at the school
- Human Resources
- Participate in interviews for new staff, organise new staff information in staff file and on management system, organise required documentation required for new staff including medical insurance, visa, work permits, Manage and update School staffing schedules. Contribute to staff performance reviews, Update staff joiner / staff leaver documentation
- Facilities management
- Manage facilities and housekeeping staff to ensure a safe and clean school environment
- Third party supplier management
- Liaise with all 3rd parties for the services they provide to the school

The School Procurement Manager will be a supply chain and logistics expert who will specialize in implementing cost-effective purchases of all goods and services, as required by the school. Ensuring quality control and adhering to the company’s policies and procedures on supply chain management will be the main priorities when carrying out.
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective

Primary School Teacher Assistant

- PLANNING & PREPERATION
- Prepare lesson materials, set up equipment in class, distribute teaching materials to students as required.
- Support the Class Teacher to organise all educational resources, lesson planning and student assessment documentation
- CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT
- Support and implement classroom behavioural expectations that clearly communicate rules and consequences, respecting school wide rules and standards as appropriate.
- TEACHING
- Tutor and assist students individually or in small groups in order to reinforce learning concepts presented by the Class Teacher.
- Manage minor behavioural disruptions during focused learning time by redirecting the student as required
- Provide extra assistance to students with special needs, such as non-English speaking students or those with physical and mental disabilities.
- Participate in the teaching of activities outside of the school day including After School Club, Holiday Club
- SUPERVISION
- Supervise students in classrooms, during snacks/lunch, school playground, field trips.
