Operations Manager (1 Position)
Report to: CEO
- Operation Manager:
- Find out strategies for develop policies, guidelines, and other instructions related to operation.
- Lead and manage the overall operation department including loan disbursement planning, collect and strategies to reach the profitability.
- Coordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of disbursement plan.
- Managing, controlling, coaching and evaluating the staff, in order to give necessary support and guide the employee towards optimum performance.
- Cooperating with other departments such as marketing, and product development in order to succeed in working out daily operations.
- Be proactive in defining the strategy and translating it into a definite operations strategy and objectives with operation team.
- Work with Finance Department to ensure the repayment is well collected and maintain good quality of loan portfolio performance.
- Participate in HR Department in staff recruitment and keep track on staff development to ensure the proper training: coaching and mentoring that all staff are professional.
- Ensure the credit policy, guideline and procedures are well implemented and maintained with quality and strongly adhered by staff within department.
- Review and approves loans according to assigned authority.
- Coordinate in reviewing, developing and recommending operation administration systems and procedures.
- Recommends operation staffing pattern, recruitment and personnel movement as to ensure that only the best people are being selected.
- Monitor and encourage staff performance on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain the public relations and well as client relationships.
- Regularly report both in written and verbal about Operation Report to the CEO (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly).

- Bachelor’s degree of Finance and Banking, Accounting, Auditing and Economics or equivalent degree is required
- At least 4 years experiences in microfinance or banking operations along with at least 2 years managerial level.
- Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and E-mail
- Determined personality of teamwork spirit
- Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.

IT Manager (1 Position)
Report to: CEO
Job Overview
Manage information technology security and computer systems within the ICT regulation/compliance.
- Overall Management:
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policy and operating manual.
- Build a small production Support organization to ensure smooth running of production systems including interfacing to 3rd party / outsourced infrastructure.
- Design & Own IT architecture (Functional & Technical) for meeting IT MFI Landscape.
- Working knowledge of Core Banking Functionalities (Product Setup, Teller, FT, Debit Cards/ATM Management/Payments, Transaction Banking, Mobile / Interface Banking etc.).
- Ensure a strong business support team is built to support BAU (including system access control).
- Develop new analytical approaches and methodologies (find solutions for gaps in the IT landscape example: New types of Loans/ Overdrafts, Deposits & Investment accounts).
- IT Business Solution Management:
- Lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of different organizational information systems and software applications as per business needs.
- Manage different IT vendors to ensure that services meet business needs.
- Work with vendors to form business partnerships and help ensure proper contracts and pricing are in place.
- Security & Core Banking Quality Management:
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
- IT Budget Management:
- Handle IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness in accordance with company’s policy.
- Project/Team Management:
- Oversee and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
- Provide direction for IT team members.
- Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement.

Credit Underwriting Officer (1 Position)
Report to: Head of Credit Department
Job Overview
Perform credit underwriting functions with rationale rating and in order to carry out the assessment on information provided by clients follow the credit procedure and classify the prospects to determine the capacity of borrowers to repay their financial obligations and mitigate credit risk.
- Credit Underwriting:
- Check and verified loan request each branch, capacity, ownership of clients for the credit process, making decisions in the best interest of the customer and institution.
- Analyze, evaluation customer credit limit and condition term by credit application and analyze to history payment, term and outstanding balance
- Ensure loan process and loan document follow policy and procedure
- Interact with branch staff to solicit and verify borrower’s information.Conduct client home visit to collect and/or verify information if necessary.
- Take part in analyzing capacity of client & segment risk and recommend approval criteria.
- Perform periodic credit review to ensure good practices and detect key risk indicators.
- Involve in credit process optimization and improvement.
- Record and recommend the mistaken listing relate to loan application
- Analyze consistency of information state in loan applicationPrepare credit proposal and submit to credit committee or Authorizer.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
- Compliance and internal control:
- Responsible for measuring covenants put in place within loan agreements, with a clear understanding of the effect and purpose of those loan covenants.
- Communicate the compliance of the borrowers to the involved persons as needed.
- Reporting:
- Initiate, verify, and analysis with recommendation on all credit underwriting report and dashboard in order to be improve and well manage implementation.
- Report monthly, loan Portfolio, loan Disbursement, Loan Portfolio at risk
- Initiate the compliance internal control report at first level of the implementers relate to the task under supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree of Finance & Banking or equivalent degree is required.
- At least 1 years of working experiences as Credit Underwriter within micro-finance and retail banking industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated.
