This position reports directly to: Managing Director
This role works closely and collaboratively with the Managing Director and Music Director.
Purpose of this position
We are looking for someone who can manage the smooth running of the TSI Studio and support on the management of projects within the TSI Academy. You will be responsible for operations, office systems and functions, people, fundraising, budgets, project management and implementing strategy.
TSI Studio: In the Operations Manager role you will oversee the day-to-day duties and tasks that keep TSI Studio running efficiently. You will coordinate the schedules for a variety of workshops and productions, including maintaining an inventory of equipment and necessities for the studio, along with a number of other administrative tasks, such as invoicing and settling accounts. The Operations Manager is also responsible for providing each client with excellent service and treatment when they visit the facility.
TSI Academy: This role will also oversee the running of TSI Academy projects. Including, recruiting students, managing staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Ensure project execution within defined budget and timelines, as well as supervising the marketing programme, logistics and organisation of annual events.
- Studio and Academy Management:
- Coordinating with artists, producers, managers, and clients to schedule workshops, recording sessions; concerts,hiring and supervising recording engineers, assistants, and other technical and creative staff;
- Supporting in the recruitment and management of students to TSI Academy programmes
- Manage TSI Studio service providers and key contacts (maintenance, landlord, utilities).
- Finance and HR
- Work collaboratively with the MD and remote Finance and Grants Manager to manage the Operations Budget
- Manage the recruitment of new staff
- Staff orientation and onboarding
- HR systems and documentation (staff contracts and leave permissions)
- Organisational Management
- Coordinating internal meetings
- Developing and maintaining effective internal communication channels
- Work collaboratively with the Music Team to effectively manage the resources required for delivery of Academy programmes
- Manage the calendar and delivery of team activities and events
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role (3+ years)
- Exceptional organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience budgeting and financial principles.
- Leadership ability.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to commit to normal business hours , although may need to be available by phone for emergencies, and may work late nights to support the engineering staff
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams
- Flexible and level-headed, and to have excellent problem-solving skills.
- High level computer skills (this role requires the regular use of email, word, excel, powerpoint or equivalent etc.)
- High-level English language skills - fluent Khmer
Digital Content Creator

About the role
We are seeking a Digital Content Creator on a part-time basis. The Digital Content Creator will be working alongside the music team and is responsible for making educational videos and creating social media content.
If you are currently freelancing or looking for a part-time position, we would like to hear from you. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering video and photos that are engaging and that support our marketing and promotional efforts. The position requires the candidate to be creative in producing visual content and to have the technical knowledge and aptitude to work with digital video and photography equipment.
Responsible for the planning and/or production of creative assets video, photography, graphic design for corporate marketing and communications needs.
- Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Create video and photo content for Social Media, YouTube and other platforms
- Reflect and enhance the TSI voice in all deliverables across social media channels
- Bring new, fresh ideas and brainstorm social media content
- Editing, tagging, shooting, audio, dub requests, motion graphics and technical support.
- Content needs include shooting, editing, and motion graphics and/or animation.
- Organizing video library, archive footage.
- Be a creative problem-solver, flexible and curious.
- Strong collaborator and is willing to take creative challenges and risks.
- Education:
- Not a mandate – experience, a portfolio and references most important.
- Skills and Experience:
- 2-3+ years of editorial and/or production experience
- Work product demonstrating experience, creativity and collaboration.
- Video editing & graphic design experience
- Strong social media video capabilities
- Familiar with social media platforms, comfortable with best practices, asset specifications, restrictions and content guidelines
- Adobe Premier and full Adobe Suite – specifically AfterEffects, Photoshop and Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, Video Compression, Pro Tools, Word, Excel, Database software, QT Pro
- Fluent in Khmer and strong English
