Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Corporate Unit: Cambodia
Reporting to: Operations Supervisor
About the Position
She/He will be coordinating the end-to-end transportation process for Import/Export by Sea freight, Air freight, inland transportation. She/He will ensure the best service as well as solutions is providing to customers.
- To manage and comply with SOP (Standard Operations Procedure) for Import/Export shipments.
- Handle end-to-end shipment processes: well-understand and strictly follow customer requirement.
- Monitor/Request invoices from shipping companies or vendors for a timely submission for payment and perform high accuracy data entry into the system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including but not limited to customers, intercompany teams, shipping lines, airlines and vendors.
- Other task assigned by Operations Supervisor and Head of Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in management or any related fields such as transport, logistics, supply chain etc.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Good command of English, Chinese is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and other applications)
