Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Following customers for cargo bookings
- Receiving bookings from customers
- Planning shipment export schedules
- Securing equipment and space with carrier
- Submitting SI to carrier
- Issuing B/Ls to customers
- Issuing Invoice to customers
- Recording shipments movement in files
- Filling AMS/ ACI/ ACI and E-Manifest for shipment to CANADA and USA.
- Bachelor degree of business administration, management or other related skills.
- Male is priority.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience of Export operation field in Logistics Company.
- Able to speak and write English well.
- Computer Literature (Ms. Office, E-mail)
- Be a fast learner, smart, flexible person and friendly.
- Hard working, patient, be able to work under pressure and high responsibility in working.
