Cambodia e-Business Association is a private, nonprofit independence association founded by the key players in the Cambodia E-commerce industry. CEA are an association of business, services, business groups and individuals who are all interested in developing the eCommerce industry in Cambodia to the highest standards worldwide.

We provide our community with a mix of industry-related data, research, networking events, business missions, conferences, exhibitions, training, etc for our members to accelerate their business.

CEA is present as an inclusive platform that provides space for establishing good relationship between players in the eCommerce industrial ecosystem.

We connect eCommerce experts, professionals and business together to share knowledge and information that will progress the industry as a whole. We are dedicated to the promotion of standards and best practice of the betterment of business and consumers.

We are seeking an eCommerce Operations Manager to execute our strategic approach to eCommerce. This person is familiar with underlying eCommerce and digital marketing technologies and is comfortable collaborating with technical teams across departments, external partners, Members in order to execute the CEA Mission, vision and build CEA high profile and images.

Position Summary

Report to: C.E.A Secretary General

Reportees /supervision: Digital Marketing asst, accountant/admin

Job purpose:

The C.E.A Operation Manager will work under direct supervision of the Secretary General of the Cambodia e-Business Association (CEA) and will report to him. The C.E.A Operation Manager will be based in Phnom Penh.

With the aim to respect the Vision and Mission, Values of C.E.A and to implement C.E.A Strategic Frame and activities in order to offer the best quality services and to smooth the progress of all the works of the C.E.A secretariat. This Manager will also be responsible for all weekly, monthly, and annual reporting to senior leadership.

Overall responsibility of the C.E.A Operation Manager is to assist the C.E.A secretariat implementing, directing and overseeing the operational plan of the Association by achieving its objectives to the maximum results.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • C.E.A Operation Manager is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional technical department to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies.
  • Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the eCommerce organization for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test eCommerce initiatives
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the eCommerce strategy of CEA.
  • Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing
  • Manage all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce projects
  • Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop eCommerce solutions
  • Proven leadership of large eCommerce projects
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability
  • Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure eCommerce principles are incorporated
  • Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Manage day to day operations of the CEA workplan
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within an Ecommerce operations role
  • Experience handling Ecommerce platforms, online sales, and website content management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in addition to project management experience
  • Financial acumen - ability to reconcile accounts receivables with payments received from sales partners
  • Ability to manage tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working on Google and web analytics
  • Experience evaluating and executing SEO strategies
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
 
 

Accountant/Admin

Position Summary

Report to: C.E.A Operation Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets
  • Working with internal and tax auditor.
  • Managing records and receipts
  • Preparing balance sheets Processing invoices
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Manage and maintain a filling system for all financial documents
  • Manage the supply of office materials and make procurement request when new supplies need to be purchased
  • Assist the Operation Manager to prepare any letter to communicate with involved institutions and C.E.A Members organization to ensure that information will be shared and received
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of the organization and process
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies regulation, and procedures
  • Performing finance analysis, reporting and management tasks
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
  • Supporting the Operation Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
  • Having experiences working with internal and tax auditor.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and deliver on set objectives within given deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Having Good Commands of English
 
 

Digital Marketing Assistant

Position Summary

Report to: C.E.A Operation Manager

Job purpose:

The C.E.A Digital Marketing Assistant will work under direct supervision of the Operational Manager of the Cambodia e-Business Association (CEA) and will report to him. The C.E.A Digital Marketing Assistant will be based in Phnom Penh.

With the aim to respect the Vision and Mission, Values of C.E.A and to implement C.E.A Strategic Frame and activities in order to offer the best quality services and to smooth the progress of all the works of the C.E.A secretariat. Overall responsibility of the Digital Marketing assistant is to assist the C.E.A Operation Manager in Managing and directing website Technical Structure, Design & Aesthetics, Content, Navigation, Information Architecture, Branding/Marketing, Performance, and Functionality efforts to positively impact eCommerce efforts.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage and update CEA’s website and all social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create digital marketing campaigns for online channels like websites, apps and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Write content for websites, email and social media
  • Designing and write e-communications like e-newsletters and text campaigns
  • Actively engage, communicate and respond to current and prospective customers online.
  • Generate and qualify new business leads online.
  • Work with marketing, communication and sales professionals
  • Use data from web tracking tools like Google Analytics to check the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Track the success of online marketing campaigns and present findings to management
  • Use techniques like search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Media and Communications, Master’s Degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Background in advertising, branding, communications and/or marketing
  • Knowledge of online eco-system
  • Understand how websites are developed and how they work
  • Knowledge of the main social media platforms
  • Strong online and social media management skills
  • Strong presentation, written communication skills in English and Khmer
  • Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite
