Assigned Tasks
As a member of the Cufa Cambodia team, the Office Coordinator will supervise and manage Cufa office administrative and petty cash management. Under guidance and supervision of the Country Manager, He/she will implement day-to-day office activities, and provide supervision support to staff under his/her management. The office coordinator’s thorough and service-oriented approach will ensure that office is proper managed and operated.
- Actively coordinate the administrative work in the office to make sure the team are doing their job well with proper outcome recorded.
- Work on the fund reconciliation of office and project staff expenses by using Cufa reconciliation system.
- Proper manage the petty cash management in safe box, staff disbursements are proper recorded and update.
- Work closely with project coordinator team to coordinate and monitor the petty cash transfer and project expenses based on the fund approval.
- Be responsible for providing the quotation office purchasing and arrange the logistic, accommodation and flight as requested by international staff.
- Prepare the supplier payment, process monthly NSSF and Tax payment
- Coordinate the office staff – security guard, housekeeper, and driver to support the office work.
- Manage the office supplies and materials to make sure the supplies stationaries are in stock and available for staff needs.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Other tasks request by direct supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in business administrative, Accounting, or relevant required.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
- Experience in reconciliation with petty cash and bank for an NGO would be a plus.
- Experience working independently with less supervision
- Demonstrated ability to manage and direct multiple tasks and operational activities at the same time
- Good English proficiency (writing, speaking, listening, and writing)
- Good at Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, and email)
- Good negotiation skill with different stakeholders
- Be flexible, honest, and hard-working and attentive to details
- Ability to work under pressure and create a good teamwork environment
