Announcement Positions

Office Administrator (1 Position)

Position Summary

Workplace: Phnom Penh, Sen Sok city area

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • General office administration, legal compliance, licensing, and registration
  • Overseeing tax and accounting (work with outsourcing agency)
  • Clearance of account receivable and account payable
  • Human Resource, Payroll
  • Logistics (working with freight agency)
  • Manage overall office & retail operations to ensure effective teamwork
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Critical thinking, logical mindset, attentive to details
  • Good teamwork
  • Effective communication with all levels of employees
  • Good English skill
  • Comfortable in a feminine environment, and cross-cultural team
  • Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, documents, and billings
  • Comfortable with the nature of a start-up company, a flat organization system
  • Willing to work 6 days/week in a fast-changing retail company (9:00-18:00)
 
 

Marketing & Operation Support (3 Positions)

Position Summary

Workplace: Phnom Penh, Sen Sok city area

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage one-stop process of the company's social media, and social commerce
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, promotion, delivery, and availability
  • Localize content of marketing communications
  • Manage online and offline content
  • Manage brand activities, online and offline.
  • Stay up to date on current local trends, and competitor's movement
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Student or bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduate is welcome.
  • Analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
  • Ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
  • Effective communication, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Good typing skills in English and Khmer
  • Thai language is a plus but not necessary
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with cosmetic products, willing to learn and work in a feminine environment
  • Comfortable with the nature of a start-up company, a flat organization system
  • Willing to work 6 days/week in a fast-changing retail company (08:30-17:30 or less for part time position)
 
 

Thai-Speaking Coordinator (1 Position)

Position Summary

Workplace: Phnom Penh, Sen Sok city area

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsible for coordination of internal and external issues
  • Work closely with Retail Operation team and Marketing team
  • Participate in event and marketing activations
  • Support administrative duties of the company
  • Ability to use computer effectively
  • Ability in Thai and Cambodian languages, including translation
  • Other supportive tasks assigned by Manager
  • Comfortable with the nature of a start-up company, a flat organization system
  • Willing to work 6 days/week in a fast-changing retail company (9:00-18:00)
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • University graduated
  • Minimum 3 year-experiences in related fields
  • Cambodian national
  • Experience in sales and marketing would be advantageous
  • Fluent in Thai & Cambodian (both written and verbal)
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Excel and Email)
 
 

General Manager (1 Position)

Position Summary

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
  • Manage operations and finances of business
  • Recruit and train new hires on business practices
  • Drive development of employees
  • Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
  • Comfortable with the nature of a start-up company, a flat organization system
  • Willing to work 6 days/week in a fast-changing retail company (9:00-18:00)

  • Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • Comfort working with laws, budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
