Position Summary

OFFICE/BRANCH : Academic/ Appletree

REPORTS TO : School Principal

POSITION SUMMARY

The nurse prevents illness, detects and corrects health problems, and treats small injuries of students and employees.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Treats students for injuries;
  • Works with Academic and Operation to send the child to the closest hospital if needed;
  • Notifies parents of illnesses or symptoms that happen to a child like stomachaches or headaches;
  • Asks permission from parents before giving any medicines to a child;
  • Tracks diseases of children regularly;
  • Notifies parents or guardians of nature of the disease of a child;
  • Pays attention to the surrounding environment to prevent factors which can cause common infections such as colds, fever, and diarrhea;
  • Plans health activities for the school to promote students’ good healthy habits;
  • Arranges professional treatment facilities;
  • Prepares and review all materials to make sure we have enough medical equipment and ensures safe and hygienic treatment of students;
  • Reports to the campus management;
  • May do others task assigned if it is necessary;

  • Coordinates all health activities within the school;
  • Coordinates and suggests health recommendations for school;

  • Makes sure to provide an effective health support to teachers and students
  • Orders & follows all direction from Appletree and WEG;

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Education Background
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in nurse, or related courses;
  • Work Experience
  • Minimum of one -year experience in nurse;
  • Computer knowledge (Ms. Office, internet & email, & Ms. Project);
  • Language
  • Good English Proficiency;
  • Technical Competencies and Skills
  • High level of diplomacy & confidentiality required;
  • Understands that becoming a nurse is far from being a menial supportive staff job, they are vital elements in the field of education;
  • Individuals should can demonstrate a high level of knowledge in a specific health support related to children;

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Native English Teacher to join our Early Years Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a native-level proficiency in English. The Native English Teacher will play a crucial role in fostering language development and creating a positive learning environment for young learners.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Teaching:
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate English language lessons to early years students.
  • Foster a creative and engaging learning environment to promote language acquisition.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles.

Cambridge Coordinator

Position Summary

ORGANIZATION : WESTLINE EDUCATION GROUP Co., Ltd.

SUPERVISES : Academic Staff

POSITION SUMMARY

The Cambridge Program Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating, planning, implementing, and evaluating Cambridge programs and initiatives, working closely with the Cambridge Program Manager and other program stakeholders.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Develop and take part in the school’s Professional Development Plan for teachers;
  • Training and collaborating with co-teachers (Expat teachers)
  • Induct new staff into the Cambridge Primary curriculum;
  • Communicate and liaise with Cambridge on teacher training matters;
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team and teachers to ensure continuous improvement of the program quality
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to promote the school's learning programs;
  • Manage Cambridge teacher accounts, including creating new, editing, or removing users;
  • Work closely with Cambridge Exam Officer to ensure all student assessments are conducted in line with Cambridge's requirements and standards on time;
  • Plan and hold events or contests at school-wide, district-wide, province-wide or international levels that relate to Cambridge programs;
  • Other tasks assigned by the School Principal;
  • Assists in implementing student orientation and registration activities;
  • Assists in the development and establishing of the school goals and objectives and the planning of the Cambridge program;
  • Assists to provide direction to academic staff in implementing goals and objectives and interacts and meets with them for their development;
  • Assists in the evaluation of the teachers and teacher assistants in Cambridge program to initiate needed improvements;
  • Acts to upgrade own professional knowledge and skills;
  • Assists to define and disseminate information about school disciplinary policies and procedures to parents, students and academic staff;
  • Assists in supervising and maintaining auxiliary services and use community resources to supplement the school program;
