National Individual Consultant for the Evaluation of the HIV Program B-IACM
Objectives of the Evaluation:
- To assess to what extend the implementation of B-IACM models reached their objectives (effectiveness), efficiency (using resource effectively), and what are the impact of B-IACM to the HIV program (95-95-95 Target)
- To document the model of the implementation process, best practices and lesson learned;
- To identify gaps/challenges of the implementation of B-IACM, and recommendations,
Duration
Estimated number of working days: 30 days.
- The Data collection and analysis is expected to occur in March 2023.
- The preliminary findings to share with stakeholders will be ready by April 2023.
- A draft report will be delivered and finalized by the end of April 2023.
Deliverables:
- The final evaluation reports in English: findings, successes, challenges, lessons learned, and recommendations.
- University graduate in related field of public health, health, epidemiology
- At least 05 years experiences in conducting HIV/Health program evaluation
- Strong knowledge of Cambodia health context.
- Knowledge of HIV and health context in Cambodia is an advantage.
