National Data Management Consultant (1 Position)

Contract Duration
The consultancy service is for 12 months with annual performance review. The contract may be extended depending on the needs of the project, performance of the consultant and availability of funds.
- Education: At least a master’s degree in Education, Statistics, Computer Sciences, or other related fields.
- Work experience: At least three (3)-year work experience in data management, statistics, analysis, information technology and administration.
- Field experience: Demonstrated abilities to conduct quantitative research
- Computer Skills: Demonstrated abilities to use computer programs for data management and data analysis.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated success working in teams, tangible record of conducting and/or leading research across teams and diverse contexts, willingness to learn new skills and ability to work within a large, decentralized institution. Demonstrated high level of patience and compassion in working with the officers who hold limited knowledge and skills of data management and technology.
- Time management, organizational skills, and follow through: A track record of delivering high quality products in a timely fashion. Capability of managing uncertainties in the work program and undertaking a range of tasks simultaneously.
- Languages: Evidence of good written Khmer and English to deliver complex technical documents, reports, papers and recommendations.
