Monitoring Report Coordinator

- Primary reporting line will be to School WASH Partnering Project Coordinator.
- Regular communication will be required with school committee, Church leaders, Provincial Project Coordinator, school WASH technical staff, Finance, Administration Department.
- To join meeting related to school WASH design and receive training on School filter installation.
- To submit the reports to donor following donor requirements.
- To become a focal staff on project monitoring and donor reports
- To be a technical person on photo taken for mWater report.
- To work with School WASH Partnering Project Coordinator in developing schedule of monitoring post construction period.
- To get orient on school filter installation, Hand pump maintaining
- To develop plan of action on monitoring at field levels with cooperation from Project Coordinator.
- To work with Project Coordinator to understand on designs of all constructions and period of it.
- To help monitoring school WASH and hand pump facilities after constructions to ensure that the requirement of donors is met in consultation with Provincial Project Coordinator.
- To work with teachers, authority and church leaders for WASH facilities usage, maintaining and monitoring.
- To gather and narrate the success story with the unique of each individual.
- To remind beneficiary to use, maintain and repair the water point. Re-introduce WASH practices to household, school and community.
- To facilitate and follow up the restoration of the functionality of WASH facilities of beneficiaries
- To perform other duties as required by line manager.
- English - Fluent
- Khmer - Fluent
- At least of NGO on community development at field related work including experience in good facilitation, and management for 2 years
- Should have experience of WASH program.
- Must be completed University or comprehensive training courses in health.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), e-mail, Internet and another computer related finance/ accountant system.
- Fluent in Khmer and English (written and spoken).
- Effective communication and facilitation skill.
- Commitment to Clear Cambodia’s values and mission.
- Must be willing to travel to remote targeted communities.
- Must be willing to drive a motorbike on field visits.
- Good interpersonal skill, be patient and flexible.
- Transparency/ Honesty/ Integrity
- Christian is preferred.
