- Data Monitoring and Management (40%)
- Collect, verify, and monitor monthly project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Field monitor, ensuring projects follow annual activities and plan.
- Enter all relevant data into the organization’s data management systems in a timely and organized manner.
- Conduct routine data quality checks to ensure reliability and consistency across projects.
- Support the preparation of basic data summaries and visualizations using software such as Excel, SPSS, or other analytical tools.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of datasets, reports, and supporting documents to ensure data traceability and accessibility.
- Project Evaluation and Research (30%)
- Support the design and implementation of project evaluations, including baseline and endline studies, needs assessments, and impact evaluation surveys.
- Assist in developing data collection tools such as questionnaires, checklists, and interview guides.
- Participate in field data collection activities, ensuring adherence to data collection protocols and ethical standards.
- Conduct literature reviews to support evaluations, research studies, and program design.
- Data Analysis and Reporting (30%)
- Support data cleaning processes to ensure data are ready for analysis.
- Assist in conducting basic quantitative and qualitative analysis under the guidance of senior M&E staff.
- Contribute to drafting simple data tables, charts, and summaries for internal and external reports.
- Assist in compiling findings and contributing to learning materials, briefs, or presentations to support knowledge-sharing across teams.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Recently graduated from a university program in development studies, psychology, social work, economics, statistics, or a related field. Other fields will be considered if the candidate demonstrates strong analytical and communications skills, and a keen interest in development work.
- Be able in spoken and written English are mandatory.
- Basic understanding of and interest in M&E concept and development work.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the willingness to learn data analysis.
- Familiarity with digital data collection and management tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, Google Forms) and data analysis such as SPSS and Microsoft Excel (pivot, power BI).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Eagerness to learn, with the ability to work independently when required.
- Demonstrate a willing to learn attitude.
