MEP Manager
Report to: Site Manager/ Project Manager/ Project Director
Working Hour Monday-Saturday
Objective:
As an MEP Manager, you will oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects, ensuring seamless integration with overall project goals and objectives. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating MEP activities, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinated MEP resources and activities in alignment with project timelines and requirements.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards.
- Liaise with MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review MEP drawings and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations to identify and address any discrepancies or deficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for MEP work.
- Provide technical guidance and support to onsite MEP teams and subcontractors.
- Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and budgets for MEP activities and submit to project management.
- Assist in resolving any MEP-related disputes or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in MEP technologies.
- Educational background
- Bachelor’s degree in MEP engineering.
- Experiences
- At least 8 years of experience in construction for residential, commercial and townhouse projects.
- Prefer have experience of MEP manager for 2 projects about over 300 units Borey house or villa, Town house
- Prefer have certificate related MEP
- Knowledgable about MEP major (Construction manager)
- Knowledgeable about MEP Design is an advantage.
- Skills required
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Strong understanding of construction principles, codes, and regulations related to MEP installations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Site Manager
Report to: Project Manager/ Project Director
Working Hour Monday-Saturday
Objective:
The Construction Site Manager reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for managing all activities on a project site. Failure to provide these services efficiently and effectively will result in disruptions in the provision of services and may negatively brand the entire organization.
- Ensure that all construction activities within the designated areas are well planned, and coordinated and be able to utilize all available resources in coordination with other functional Managers in directing and supervising all involved site personnel and subcontractors.
- Lead and ensure all work groups are properly guided, in close cooperation with the Project Manager, in assembling and controlling the required resources (manpower, equipment, materials, and tools required) to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project.
- Inspect work in progress to ensure conformity with QA/QC specifications and requirements, Industry Codes, Standards and Procedures, and client requirements and provide technical advice to resolve problems.
- Review reports from Supervisors, and forward them to the Project Manager for corrective actions if the project becomes behind schedule or over the budget
- Compliance with the highest level of quality, health, safety, and environmental standards during all stages of project execution and proactive with safety groups and subcontractors to promote safe and hazardous-free work within the designated area.
- Support and assist staff with skills training programs (if required), to increase worker skills and personnel development.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals with staff.
- Ensure that all personnel needed on site is communicated in a timely fashion with the relevant departments for processing (HR, SHEQ).
- Ensure that all equipment, plant, machinery, and vehicles on site have relevant certificates, tests, services, inspections, etc. as required by the client and legislation.
- Educational background
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil engineering
- Experiences
- At least 10 years of construction management experience in construction for residential, commercial and townhouse projects.
- Prefer have experience of site manager for 2 projects about over 300 units Borey house or villa, Town house
- Prefer have certificate related construction
- Skills required
- Competence and knowledge in construction and supervision.
- Competence in Construction Management skills, motivated, has strong leadership, able to encourage subordinates and other work groups to work as a team.
- Knowledge of civil and structural codes and other associated codes used in the project, excellent technical background, and skills in the industrial environment.
- Able to control a multi‐national workforce in a dynamic situation.
- Understanding of other disciplines like Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication from site activities point of view.
- Possess negotiation and influence skills, innovative, creative thinker, flexible, and excellent organizer.
- Has excellent oral & written communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Can work with less supervision and even under extreme pressure.
