MEP Design Manager

Summary: MEP Design Leader is responsible to manage and oversee the planning, design/engineering,
coordination and implementation, control and monitor the MEP Designing proposal such as Electrical, ELV, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Gas, Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare layouts and Incorporate design concepts
- MEP Project design brief (concept) and maintain
- MEP design including all inputs, plan on time, cost, and quality objectives.
- provide input for design proposals and drawings;
- Lead problem solving and resolution of design issues
- Design development and final construction drawings focus on resident’s project determine scale, and prepare layouts for detailing.
- Other tasks assign by Team Manager
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;
- At least 4-5 years of working experiences of MEP designing skill;
- Computer literacy especially MS Office, Ms. Project, AutoCAD;
- Good knowledge of MEP System;
- Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team
- Good oral and written in both Khmer and English.
Architecture (4 Positions)

Level: Senior & Junior
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support architectural and design team to plan and visualize construction projects
- Able to interpret architectural drawings, models ad concept
- Prepare, present and explain visuals
- Prepare 2D visuals and/or animation CGI (computer generated imagery)
- Conduct post-production editing for visuals, with Photoshop or equivalent
- Ensure visuals are represented accurately and comfortably
- Assist with visual planning decisions (if needed)
- Produce high quality output in various forms of media
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
- At least 2-3-year experience as a designer or visualizer
- Good in English/ Khmer
- In-depth technical knowledge in production of images and illustrations
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools & programs; 3D Max, Sketch up, Revit, Inscape, Lumion, Photoshop, V Ray, etc.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Able to multi-task and complete task in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
