Membership Officer
Reporting to: Secretary General
Duty Station: in Phnom Penh Hotel
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Membership Officer is responsible for attracting more and more Cambodian Oknha
to join COA membership. He/She is also responsible for all communication works of COA.
- Conduct membership drive and recruit more Oknhas to join COA membership.
- Constantly analyze members’ needs and initiate new services when required, considering the necessity and association's resources;
- Maintain and update detailed membership list and database on a regular basis.
- Responsible for communication with members and all relevant stakeholders on all matters related to Oknha title and the association;
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with members and stakeholders, community, and public interest groups;
- Responding to requests for general information of Oknha title and the association;
- Drafting press releases and other media communications to promote Oknha title and the association;
- Promoting the corporate image of the association through development of programs to maintain favorable public views of Oknha title and the association;
- Preparing and editing organizational publications, including leaflet, newsletter, bulletin, website and Facebook for internal and external audiences;
- Updating and maintaining Website and Facebook contents;
- Responsible for seeking sponsorships where required;
- Responsible for Special project/CSR project(s), if any;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
- Qualification Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or similar field.
- Ability to organize, prioritize & be meticulous.
- Minimum 2year experience in marketing and/or communication or related job.
- Ability to use MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, and Power point presentation
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively and
- confidently.
- Be independent, hardworking and yet able to multi‐task.
- Possess good working attitude with positive mindset and honesty.
- Good proficiency in both English and Khmer languages.
- Knowledge of Chinese language will be an advantage.
- Key performance indicators:
- Increment in number of members in COA from time to time.
- Members are fully aware of COA value‐added services and activities/events.
- Updated news of COA are published and communicated to members and stakeholders on time.
- COA website and Facebook are updated accurately and regularly.
- Close relationship with the press is maintained.
- Corporate image of COA is improved over time.
