Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Promote throughout pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and other customers.
- Meet Doctors, Pharmacist, and other healthcare workers in order to detail the company products.
- Build good relationship with customers.
- Plan and implement with Doctors and Pharmacy meetings for the promotion of the products.
- Create demand for the products at hospitals, clinics, pharmacy and other health care outlet.
- Joint and perform all other marketing activities.
- Regular feedback on the promotional strategies of the company.
- Prepare and submit sales receipt and other supporting document.
- Maintain daily record of the promotional materials issued by the company.
- Maintain daily report, tour plan
- Prepare report to Supervisor.
- Other task assigned by Sales Supervisor and General Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science/Pharma/Healthcare or any related field
- Good command of written and spoken English
- 1 -2 years’ work experiences in Medical Rep or selling products
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the industry /market/ competitors /customers
- Proficiency in MS Office
Assistant Product Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - To develop our products image among doctors, pharmacies in line with Company vision and ethics.
- To prepare and implement brand plans, marketing inputs and activities like conferences, brochure, events as advised by supervisor
- Prepare and track ROI on each investment to ensure sustainable growth of each brand.
- To analyse results and situations, monitor competitor’s activities and adjust action plan in accordance with management strategies.
- To develop a working relationship with relevant organizations/societies of the assigned portfolios.
- Conduct research on a regular basis to ensure strategies are on track and investment is valid.
- Provide input and direction to sales at cycle meetings and for state-based meetings if required by sales management.
- KOL development – to build and maintain regular contact with KOL and develop speakers.
- Training material development and execution of product training plans in conjunction with the Country Manager.
- To initiate and coordinate Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs including round table discussions, public forums, video & slide presentations with the sales management and sales team.
- Qualified full time Pharmacist or a doctor with minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
- Cambodian national with good command of written and spoken English
- Able to work on plans and modify basis impact during implementation

Area Sales Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - This position is responsible for planning & implementation of effective coverage plan for doctors, hospitals and drug stores of Medical Representative.
- Closely monitor, evaluate, analyze MR’s daily coverage report, retail call prescription audit report, sales plan and sample liquidation reports and cascade sales report updates.
- Set, plan and formulate target sales objectives to MR based on company goal/ directions.
- Product presentation to doctors, nurses and pharmacists during department meetings.
- Set objectives and goals for each key effectiveness area of work and strategize a plan in achieving the goals.
- Conduct KOL visits and develop new business partnering with hospital, MD’s, industrial and drugstore.
- Evaluates, guides, coaches, counsel, motivate and mentors’ subordinates in the effective performance of assigned tasks.
- Other task assigned by GM.
- Bachelor's Degree/Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, Doctor or any related field
- Good command of written and spoken English
- 5 years’ work experiences in selling products, healthcare or pharma sector
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the industry /market/ competitors /customers
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
National Sales Manager
The position is for Pharma
