The Medical Manager will oversee the medical strategy and operations for Mintha Care (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, reporting directly to the General Manager and the Area Director. This role is critical in ensuring that the medical team effectively engages with healthcare professionals, promotes medical education, and supports the overall growth of Bioderma and other Brand in the region. The Medical Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with key opinion leaders, managing medical education initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute the medical strategy for Bioderma and other brand in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with healthcare professionals and institutions to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Lead and mentor the medical sales team, providing guidance on best practices for engaging with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s knowledge of dermatological conditions and Bioderma products.
- Organize and oversee medical symposiums, continuing medical education (CME) workshops, and scientific conferences to promote knowledge about skin diseases and Bioderma’s product offerings.
- Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and maternity centers to establish training programs for healthcare professionals.
- Foster strong relationships with key medical doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate product adoption and feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with hospitals and clinics to ensure ongoing support and training.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging clinical data to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on medical activities, outcomes, and feedback from healthcare professionals to senior management.
- Ensure all medical activities comply with local regulations and ethical standards.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies as necessary to maintain compliance.
- University Degree in Pharmacy or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical affairs role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on dermatology preferred.
- Fluent in Khmer and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
- Willingness to travel as required for meetings, training sessions, and events
