Medical Assistant
Type: Full-Time - 42 hours per week
The Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the clinic’s daily operations by managing patient interactions, handling administrative tasks, and providing translation services. The ideal candidate will have strong language skills, a background in hospitality or healthcare, and excellent organizational abilities.

- Patient Management:
- Welcoming Patients: Greet patients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handling Calls: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and effectively.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring the Pediatrician’s agenda is optimized.
- Translation Services:
- Consultation Translation of different health care providers in 154 Pediatrics: Translate consultations between Khmer and English (and French, if applicable) accurately, maintaining medical confidentiality.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Documentation and Accounting: Complete administrative forms, manage payments, and handle invoices and receipts with precision.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain clinic inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and ordering supplies as needed.
- Daily Cleaning: Participating actively to daily cleaning and maintenance of the practice following specific SOPs.
- Enhance communication, management and promotion of social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Website.
- Practical Task:
- Order, buy on site or on line, receive, organize necessary supplies of the Practice. Medical, paramedical, office or cleaning supplies
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Intermediate to high level of Khmer and English (understanding, speaking, writing). French is a plus.
- Educational Background: Degree or certification in Nursing (would be a plus), Hospitality, or Business.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role with professional references.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic applications.
- Social Media Knowledge: Basic understanding and management of Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other social networks.
