Media Manager
ABOUT THE JOB
This is a full-time position on one of the world’s leading and most respected portfolio of brands.
REPORTING LINE
The Media Manager will report to the Media Lead.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Location: Phnom Penh (on-site)

- Responsible for Media Planning and reporting for a key international FMCG client
- Brand knowledge: Research and understand brands. Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding our brands
- Deep understanding on TV/Social/Programmatic/OOH/Press
- Understand the requirement more on commercial awareness to manage the expectation for 360-degree approach
- Strong data analysis and how to get insights
- Transferring knowledge and learnings to co-workers
- Adapting digital, strategy, data analysis, communications, and planning skills
- Team Development and guiding them to excel their planning and communications skills
- Ownership of work and interactions with MI, Media buying team and other cross functional teams
- Actively research and keep up to date on Media trends, Competitors and informs agency
- Working on global Havas work management platforms and be responsible for following these procedures.
- Media Landscape Updates and present monthly work-in-process deck & integrate proposals to clients
- Provide analysis and recommendations to client for the campaigns
- Coordinate offline & digital as 360-degree campaigns implementation along with media & creative team
- Follow timelines and introduce new tools and development to enhance the business
- Create and update monthly reports and optimize campaigns based on results
- Understand and Follow Global and local mandate best for the client
- Bring in Media best practice and innovation for the business
- Coordinate with digital teams and develop 360-degree integrated campaign for client.
- Develop and adhere timelines for all required reports, Media Plans and other adhoc request
- Observe the market regularly to maintain their knowledge of audience trends and consumer behavior, as well as performing competitor research to stay abreast of what marketing channels the competition is utilizing
- Make presentation and apply client global budgeting process but at the same time must blend planning process in the flow and share local inputs
- On top of the strong Media experience, we are looking for a collaborative leader who is highly organized, has a strong attention to detail, analytic skill, and positive team spirit.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in advertising and account management
- Previous experience in FMCG is a serious plus
- Excellent English and communications skills
- Excellent presentation skills
