Baby Brid Co., Ltd is a private limited company working in the agricultural/food production arena to promote and grow organic Kampot Pepper, chili, lime, lemon, avocado, orange, coconut, durian, pomegranate in its farm in Damnak Chang Eur village, Prey Thom commune, Kep City, Kep province. Our company always seek to only produce and market the highest quality, organic, original, tasty, healthful, fruits, vegetables, and value-added food products and we have raising cows, bee and earthworm.

We are urgently looking for strong and capable candidates to fill the below listed positions. All candidates (in addition to the specific qualifications listed) must be; outgoing, open minded, creative, passionate and egalitarian minded people. Mechanical Repairs (Handyman)

Position Summary

Salary negotiable, equal to experience and skills. Salary can be substantially increased as performance is proven.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Check day to day of the solar electricity in house and all solar for the irrigation systems
  • Fix any broken windows, doors, gates, fences
  • Manage all the company machinery and do regular maintenance
  • Fixing all the company machinery and parts
  • Be a site manager when there is construction or installation of any kind of work in the company
  • Diagnose and report any broken tools to managers
  • Fixing any broken electric materials, electric wires
  • Maintenance and repair all electrical
  • Maintenance and repair all plumbing, all house and kitchen equipment
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Maintenance and repair of all tractors, trucks, motorcycles, and related attachments
  • Training and oversight of all staffs who are using machines and tools
  • Technical School or Vocational education in Mechanical Repairs or Electrical or Plumbing or Welding (or any related skills training or professional work experience)
  • Fresh graduated/experience is a plus
  • Can understand English a little bit
  • Ability to work with under pressure
  • Strong organization and ability to handle multi task
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Good at finding and overseeing skilled workers and contractors in: machinery repair/mechanics, electrical, plumbing, solar, carpentry, (and all skilled technicians needed to support all farm infrastructure)

Office Manager

Position Summary

Salary negotiable, equal to experience and skills. Salary can be substantially increased as performance is proven

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Help CEO, management team, accounting team
  • Manage office, aspects of the farm and food company
  • Prepare legal documents for CEO, company and government
  • Prepare documents and arrange any CEO’s meeting, traveling and business activities
  • Be personal assistant of CEO and management
  • Review agreements drafted by the suppliers/partners
  • Draft and prepare letters to authorities when needed and outside venders/contractors
  • Support other departments for sale-marketing, accounting, research including
  • Research and find to buy materials, tools, or any equipment when needed
  • Support managers in analyzing and providing updates on new laws and regulations and practice related to agricultural, environment, taxation, business, labor ect.
  • Provide legal support and legal opinion to other departments when requested
  • Liaise with competent ministries and authorities for the various matters
  • Review and update the business related updated templates and checklist from time to time
  • Support managers in managing and supervising department, research, preparing documents
  • Perform other tasks assigned by CEO and all management.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree related to fields or equal professional experience/skills
  • At least 1-year experience in admin/personal assistant
  • Knowledge and experience in management
  • Thorough understanding social media
  • Good analytical, creative problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally
  • High motivation and ability to perform tasks without supervision

Farm Supervisors

Position Summary

Salary negotiable, equal to experience and skills. Salary can be substantially increased as performance is proven.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day operation of his/her own department at the farm.
  • To be in charge for the farm when there is not manager or CEO at the farm.
  • Manage and lead farm staff, day worker to work effectively.
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly report to farm manager
  • Manage of ordering and purchasing of supplies and equipment for his/her department
  • Manage of the expenditure by processing payments for the bills and invoices
  • Train the staffs in the operation and maintain of equipment usage.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the farm staffs.
  • Conduct staff regular meeting and promote good communication between all staff.
  • Ensure that the staffs are implemented company policy.
  • Report any problems happen in the farm or staff misconduct to farm manager immediately.
  • Identify staff development and training needs to improve the work quality.
  • Work closely with service provider to make sure that they provide good service for the company with the high quality of work.
  • Participate in any training, workshop for self-development, and improve quality of work.
  • Assist Farm Manager with other assign jobs.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or equal professional experience/skills
  • Fresh graduate/ 1year experience is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of growing, chili, vegetable, fruit tree, drip and pepper and irrigation system
  • Good management skill and be a best team player.
  • Ability effectively positively leads, motivate, and communicate with staffs and worker.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities tasks.
  • Good attitude and communication skill
  • Be Honest and willing to work and stay at the farm.
