Mission Alliance Cambodia is looking for a qualified and experienced Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator who can support the one program approach. We are also looking for an expert in term of sourcing funds from institution donors, private sectors and other innovative funding mechanisms.

MEAL Coordinator (1 Position)

Position Summary

To lead and support country program in implementing its MEAL roles and regulations. The overall responsibility of the jobholder is to anchor program impact, implement existing MEAL Plans, formulating others and establishing a system to integrally monitor, evaluate, and learn for all programs implementation processes and their impacts of Mission Alliance Cambodia in Cambodia. H/she will contribute to concept notes, proposals, donors’ reporting and work closely with partners.

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience

  • Ability to oversee the implementation, monitor and evaluate a specific project;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an effective, pro-active and timely manner
  • Ability to lead the continuous improvement of database for project need and learning.
  • A team player who works well in a multi-cultural environment
  • Proven experience in knowledge management, facilitation learning process, and producing evidence -based insights tailored to various internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong ability to interpret MEAL data and translate findings into clear recommendations for program and operational improvement.
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in development, social science, or other relevant fields.
  • Knowledge of social research methodologies and techniques with proven ability to manage and analyse data sets.
  • A minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional working experience in development especially in the area of monitoring and evaluation; working with learning initiatives. Proven experience in research and program development and management.
  • Strong skills of professional writing, facilitation, communication, data management and analysis, knowledge management, research and development, and M&E.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the rights-based approach to development.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong understanding and experience in rural development, or related field.
  • Strong experience in building relations with research institutions, hiring consultants, and developing monitoring tools.
  • Experience of working in the field of resource development, contributing to writing proposals and concept notes, reporting to donors and MA Oslo office

Business Development and Partnership Coordinator (1 Position)

Position Summary

To drive sustainable program growth by securing funding from institutional donors and forging strategic partnerships with Cambodian/international private sector entities. The role leads resource mobilization, partnership development, and innovative financing to advance Mission Alliance Cambodia's mission.

  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Development, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years in business development/fundraising within NGOs in Cambodia/Southeast Asia.
  • Proven success securing grants from institutional donors, and private foundations.
  • Demonstrated experience designing/managing private sector partnerships (CSR, FDI, corporate engagement).
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodia’s development landscape and private sector ecosystem.
  • Exceptional proposal writing skills with experience in donor compliance.
  • Proficiency in English; Khmer language skills an asset.
