Marketing & Operation Support (2 Positions)
Workplace: Phnom Penh, Sen Sok city area
- Manage one-stop process of the company's social media, and social commerce
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, promotion, delivery, and availability
- Localize content of marketing communications
- Manage online and offline content
- Manage brand activities, online and offline.
- Stay up to date on current local trends, and competitor's movement
- Student or bachelor’s degree in related field
- 0-3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduate is welcome.
- Analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
- Ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
- Effective communication, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Good typing skills in English and Khmer
- Thai language is a plus but not necessary
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with cosmetic products, willing to learn and work in a feminine environment
- Comfortable with the nature of a start-up company, a flat organization system
- Willing to work 6 days/week in a fast-changing retail company (08:30-17:30 or less for part time position)
