Role Overview
You will provide managerial support and help maintain and improve the levels of customer service throughout your section. You will provide assistance in the supervision of all staff while maintaining the standards of the shop floor. Furthermore, you will deal with certain managerial processes on a daily basis as instructed by Store Management.
- Operation
- Monitor and control store operational excellence in order to have day to day excellent operational activity that support to the achievement of store goals.
- Analyze, monitor and evaluate store performance in predetermined areas to ensure the achievement of targets and operational standards of procedures, and to help overcome problems in store
- Customer Service
- Provide customers with excellent levels of Customer service.
- Deal with customer complaints and enquires, providing the best possible outcome.
- Ensure the personal appearance of sales staff is in line with company guidelines.
- Sales
- Ensure that targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
- Monitor staff service levels in order to maximise store sales.
- Utilise in-store devices, making sure that the customer is offered the whole product range.
- Use reports to assist you in product placement of key selling lines.
- Visual Merchandising
- Attract, engage and motivate customers into making purchases in store by using the latest visual techniques.
- Provide assistance with the maintenance of standards on the sales floor.
- Keep stock clean and presentable at all times.
- Training & Development
- Encourage personal progression throughout your store
- Provide assistance with the induction and training of new starters.
- Bachelor or Master Degree of Business administration/Marketing or related fields.
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory position in sales
- Acknowledgeable about sport and lifestyle industry
- Able to communicate in English
- Have strong organizational skills, leadership & ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines and pressure.

- Develop, coordinate, present, and implement product training programs to key customers and develop, maintain and share product knowledge with dealers
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and profits
- Establish/execute sales plans and promotions and leverage product knowledge to create sales strategies attractive to potential dealers
- Attain sales targets and prepare/maintain monthly sales forecasts
- Work closely with business partners to develop new programs for both retail and consumer use
- Deliver training seminars to dealer network and coordinate associated training activities using independent judgement as to how best to meet the individual training needs of the specific customer
- Create and deliver sales presentations to prospects and existing accounts
- Communicate market requirements effectively to product development teams
- Able to travel, coordinate, and represent company at industry and professional meetings, trade shows and conferences and complete timely and succinct trip and status reports
- Manage large accounts with excellent project management skills and maintain excellent product and pricing knowledge
- Bachelor or Master Degree of Business administration/Marketing or related fields.
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory position in sales
