Marketing Manager

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

The Marketing Manager shall develop marketing strategies and manage all marketing activities for NTC Group’s headquarter and its assigned subsidiaries/campus.

  • To manage market strategy for new services/products launch and lead in developing marketing strategies and
  • To plan, organize, implement, and control on effective marketing activities, promotion activities and materials for
  • To develop marketing plan to generate new demand for NTC GROUP’s products and services;
  • To run market research, client analysis, feasibility, and competitor analyst to grow NTC GROUP’s
  • To create marketing campaign and execute marketing strategic orientation to ensure using all existing and
  • To develop, maintain, and implement a strategic marketing campaign for NTC GROUP’s corporate image,
  • To lead in organizing awareness raising activities in term of communication with key stakeholders to initiate
  • To manage in developing company profile, leaflet, brochure, calendar, booklet, documentaries and other
  • To act as a social media administrator by publishing relevant articles and posts on our channel such as Facebook
  • To lead in developing media strategies and coordinate with other media agencies such as TV, Radio and Newspaper to promote NTC Group to the public; and to ensure good communication with other people both internally and externally.

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Master degree in Marketing Management or related fields
  • At least 6 year experiences in marketing management (in education institutions is a plus)
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command in English of both spoken and written;
  • Working knowledge of market research, feasibility studies and impact analysis;
  • Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
  • Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;

GEP-Academic Research & Development Manager

The GEP Academic Research & Development Manager shall implement the academic strategies, policies, guidelines, procedures and other operations to achieve the objectives of academic department within NTC Group and its assigned campus.

  • To organize academic events within school and in society such as student completion, debate, public speaking and project based to ensure smoothness and well-organized.
  • To support in annual TOFEL/IELTS and compulsory exams to improve and strengthen teaching quality;
  • To survey and spot potential training topics and subject matters for teaching staff and management team of local school.
  • To build up the effective networking in the schools to ensure the productive labor force and relation in terms of curriculum development and training management.
  • To support in design the new curriculum and materials which aims at meeting the demand of all stakeholders with competitively educational quality;

HR Operations Officer

Position Summary

Office: Head Office

The HR Operations Officer will work within the Compensation and Benefits team at NTC’s Head Office, and Campuses, and is responsible for ensuring the employee benefits are processed in a timely and accurate manner. The HR Operations Officer will assist the Human Resource Operation Manager to contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures concerning the classification of employees, compensation, employee relations, and benefits programs to coordinate the processing of employment contracts, and related documentation.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and explain all the NSSF benefits to NTC’s staff with regular updates by joining the NSSF’s department
  • Coordinate and provide direction to all NTC’s staff regarding how to make NSSF cards and follow to complete for issuing to the finance department
  • Coordinate staff claims of the NSSF related to the Accident, Health, and Pension Scheme process and regularly follow up to complete their process
  • Document and fill all related files for a referent and report
  • Join networking with the NSSF department and share with the HR Operation Manager for further updates in the NTC’s group.
  • Coordinate and update the monthly staff movement for sending to the Insurance Company for the yearly cash reconciliation.
  • Coordinate and provide the contact number who responds when any accident happens for NTC’s staff
  • Coordinate and prepare the tracking report for the HR Operation Manager
  • Other assigned tasks related to the Insurance Company.
  • Maintains compensation databases and ensures employment records are properly maintained in the system
  • Provides advice and guidance to the HR Operation Manager on the application of benefits and interpretation of applicable policies and procedures
  • Check and verified in benefits processing like scholarship, mission, OT, and additional role or…, and ensuring that transactions are delivered to the deadline and by regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Serves as a point of contact for employees with benefits questions
  • Participates in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits-related policies and procedures
  • Conduct a policies refresher related to the NTC’s benefits if any requests by HO/Campus
  • Document and fill all related files for a referent and report.
  • Find the referent or resource related to Cambodia Labor Law for the resource pool in NTC’s group
  • Coordinate, support, and explanation regarding the Cambodia Labor Law as requested by HO/Campuses
  • Assist and support the HR Operation Manager in policy development for ensuring the NTC’s policies are compliant and aligned with the Cambodia Labor Law
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Chinese language or equivalence degree in Chinese language;
  • Minimum of 02 years experiences in Chinese academic programs;
  • Good Chinese proficiency;
  • Good English proficiency is preferable

The Learning and Development Officer shall assist in managing and implementing the organizational development, management trainees’ program, and learning & development to establish succession planning and talent management to maintain successors for the future needs within NTC Group’s head office and its assigned campuses.

  • To support in conducting training needs assessment (TNA) for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance;
  • To coordinate induction program, E-L&D, Management Trainees Program, Talent Management, Team Building, and Staff Engagement to be more effective;
  • To support with logistics regarding staff capacity building and on-the-job training
  • To support in monitoring and evaluating the learning and development program to ensure smoothness, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • To coordinate successors with relevant employee career development programs effectively;
  • To assist in monitoring and evaluating the career development program to ensure successful promotion
  • To support HOD/SP to set up and collect KPIs/ KC for the performance management process effectively
  • To coordinate with HOD/SP to review middle-performance management/KPI and make adjustments or feedback as necessary
  • To coordinate in conducting performance appraisal to ensure that performance result is recognized or inadequate to prepare training & development, bonus, increment, incentive, promotion, reward, PIP, disciplinary action, or termination as appropriate.

  • to assist in staff promotion, developing employee recognition and reward strategies, criteria, and activities to enhance employee commitment and performance excellence, and motivation;

  • BBA in management or appropriately related field (HR discipline is a plus);
  • A minimum of 03 years of experience at a management level in HR;
  • Experience in organizational development; learning & development; and management trainees’ program;
  • Working knowledge of succession planning and talent management;
  • Good communication, interpersonal, leadership, influencing skills, and team spirit;
  • Good command of English;
  • Knowledge of HRIS.
