Summary of Job Scope
Marketing Manager oversees the full functioning of the department. Major responsibilities include planning, supervision and implementation of all marketing, communication and branding strategy. The portfolio covers real estate, F&B and other business units.
- Overall
- Proposed and execute all marketing, communication and branding strategy for all real estate portfolio, F&B and relevant business units.
- Proposed and manage marketing, communication and branding budget.
- Lead, guide and monitor staff performance and ensure the staff perform and complete their task.
- Marketing
- Plan and organize events to promote our projects especially Vattanac Capital, F&B and related business.
- Plan and execute campaign to drive traffic to our mall and Vattanac Capital Lifestyle Park.
- Plan and implement advertising campaigns to promote our projects especially Vattanac Capital, F&B and related business. Including both above the line and below the line.
- Manage and update all our project media platforms including app, website and social media.
- Prepare and get approval for marketing budget.
- Monthly report of marketing activities and annual review presentation.
- Seek third party Partnership for our marketing activities.
- Concept, Design, production and monitoring of marketing collaterals (both online and offline).
- Support leasing in reaching out to sales channels.
- Manage all visual advertising platform within all projects including LED screens, Digital Screens, Signages, E- standing and so on.
- Collaborate and work with Vattanac Golf, Vattanac Investment Lifestyle, KVL and other related company on joint marketing effort.
- Communication & Branding
- Propose and execute communication and branding strategy for company.
- Support HR for internal communication strategy with staff.
- Support relevant departments on their visual and communication tools.
- Propose and support F&B and other business units in their branding and communication strategy.
- Support HR and admin in all CSR, company events and staff activities in terms of design and artwork production.
- Responsible for the decoration of all our projects and including F&B outlets.
- Propose communication and branding budget.
- Propose and execute corporate branding strategy to promote Vattanac Properties as a choice of partners and employer.

- Provide leadership to marketing team members.

- Work with operation and engineer team on the look and feel of the buildings.
- Years of Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Marketing within property service, F&B and related industries.
- Minimum 5 years as Head of Department.
- Education:
- A Master’s or bachelor’s degree in communication, business administration or related fields.

Business Development Manager

REPORT TO: Executive Director

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The F&B Business Development Manager is the Head of Department.
S/he is the second in command after ED for the F&B Operations development & management. Major responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing systems in place for monitoring compliance to established stores and service standards;
- Ensuring that sales are conducted within the agreed financial parameters, performing feasibility studies on locations that seem suitable for the luxury market expansion;
- Setting measurable objectives for P&L, budgets, staff planning, etc; and –
- Setting and maintaining professional relationship with other departments, vendors and government entities.
- Business Strategies
- Illustrate and develop the annual plan, associated budgets and sales strategies;
- Optimize new and existing business opportunities to ensure business growth in line with the VF&B strategic plan;
- Develop and implement appropriate policies and procedures to cover key areas of operational activities;
- Devise yearly strategy and ensure that this is monitored, maintained and adjusted if needed;
- Monitor the Financial Costs, Expenses and ensure they are in adherence with the budget;
- Represent VF&B in front of business partners.
- Achieve Financial targets and business objectives as set by the Executive Director;
- Risk Assessment
- Ensure that business risks are identified, understood and monitored to mitigate the potential risks;
- Ensure the business complies with local laws and regulations;
- Marketing Campaign
- Develop and direct all chains' operation and promotional activities, and monitor the effectiveness of the marketing campaign;

- Provide regular coaching and mentoring to all team members;
- Hold performance review and feedback;
- Provide leadership, motivation and guidance to all staff in order to achieve growth and profitability targets;

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Sr. Digital Marketing Executive is to assist Marketing Manager in the planning, execution and optimization of online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for our companies.
The incumbent needs a passion for all things marketing and technology. S/he will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. S/he will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
- Key Responsibilities

Marketing Supervisor

LINE MANAGER: School Operations Manager.
Position
We are looking for a marketing supervisor who will work closely with all of our academic and non-academic teams to support our admissions and brand awareness objectives. Within the school an individual who works within the wider Vattanac Group framework to ensure excellence in marketing and communications. We are looking for an individual who has an interest in developing knowledge and supporting our academic teams in the field of marketing and to understand the nature of marketing The King's School as a Premium Plus heritage brand.
- Responsible for designing and implementing a marketing plan that aligns with the school mission to achieve the school's enrolment goal.
- Working closely with the admissions team, as well as all school leadership, to monitor and shape the school brand in the Phnom Penh community.
- Work closely with colleagues, to ensure the marketing content creation, distribution and follow up.
- Undertake training and staff development as appropriate to the nature of the post.
- Ensure the use and security of data, including images, is compliant with the school's operations.
