Marketing Manager
Reporting to : Country Manager, IHH Healthcare Singapore
ROLES
Reporting to the Country Manager, the Marketing Manager is responsible for managing various marketing projects and processes.
This position requires to support the marketing programs and activities in Cambodia. In addition, this role will also support the Country Manager to develop new business opportunities in identified markets and achieve the business objectives set.
Develop in-depth understanding of the patient acquisition pathway (to Singapore) through market intelligence and research.
Build upon the CRM system for the patient and partner database.

- Responsible with the management of brand guide, brand assets and marketing of Mount Elizabeth and Gleneagles Hospitals services in Cambodia by developing marketing plans in conjunction with the healthcare trends and market demands within the allocated budget
- Identify and assess relevant partners to collaborate with; propose and implement ideas to enhance collaboration with local partners; manage all logistics for marketing seminars and events, including coordination of speakers and other requirements
- Engage IHH doctors and patients to develop case studies, testimonials and reference and identify PR angles for media pitching and gather patient stories, profile key doctors for content amplification
- Manage and achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage (paid or unpaid) across all available media and optimize consumer consideration and conversions via campaign content & assets (SEO/SEM, website, social media, editorial)
- Develop digital marketing initiatives and campaigns by working with digital agency on outreach to specific and targeted audiences and ensure alignment of output with brand strategy
- Implement project management system to document and track activities, evaluate campaign performance, lead quality and qualify opportunities and report key indicators of programs or campaigns to management. Use data to make informed decisions and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, branding, communication or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience
- Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude, with excellent written, presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management with medical background and knowledge preferred
- Organized and meticulous, with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
Assistant Marketing Manager
