Direct Manager : Marketing Director
Working hours: 8:00 am-17:00 pm (working hours rotate), 6 days working and 1day off.
- Monitor market trends and project progress to ensure alignment with business goals
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and long-term roadmaps
- Market research to understand the market, competitors, customer journey & behavior.
- Work closely with brokers, salesmen & sales agents to update the market trend and market information.
- Analyze the sales result and customer profile to evaluate and suggest a new direction for the next marketing campaign.
- Making a monitoring report, an evaluation report after each campaign, and updating the plan to ensure the quality of campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department to create an overall marketing plan.
- Develop and manage campaigns, including events and social media
- Oversee the design and production of high-quality sales and marketing collateral
- Working with vendors/agencies to order & manage marketing materials: Sales kit, CGIs, Rendering video, miniature, Video clips, mock-up units…
- Develop a marketing budget for the Project, control and evaluate the implementation of the approved budget.
- Carry out assigned tasks with limited supervision, including coordinating and implementing projects

- Master's Degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in marketing management (experience in real estate or property development is a plus) for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer.
- Good knowledge and experience in the real estate market, market analysis, and creative marketing.
- Have a deep and broad knowledge of Marketing and Marketing tools, Communication skills, partnerships, project management, and strategic thinking.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for design and content quality for marketing materials.
