- - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Naga Balm and Coco Khmer products in pharmacy outlets or wholesale.
- - Ensure consistent product availability and visibility at point-of-sale.
- - Expand coverage by onboarding new pharmacy partners.
- 2- Relationship Management
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners, and purchasing managers.
- - Negotiate terms, promotions, and credit arrangements where applicable.
- 3- Product Promotion
- - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for pharmacy staff.
- - Educate partners on product benefits, usage, and brand story to overcome objections.
- 4- Market Intelligence
- - Collect feedback on competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
- - Report customer complaints, challenges, and opportunities to management.
- 5- Operational Excellence
- - Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and partner communications. - Support marketing campaigns and
